Wow! Really, really, really have to wonder what he had to say to CC!!! I sincerely doubt Walker was counseling him to do the right thing... Looks to me like JM is already distancing herself from CC.

Not disputing that, but he was called a spokesperson in the initial reports and a Google search shows that he has been referred to in that capacity before for the ministry.

Yes, I saw what the report said, and looked him up.
Maybe he wears a couple of different hats. COO's are usually above making house calls, I would think.

Bales of trash? (never heard that term before for a trash dumpster or trash bin full of garbage as you see in the second picture - that is a 95 gallon trash bin/dumpster that are lent to residents by the trash pick-up company)

They do crush them when they pick them up. Not sure how large the "bundles" are tho.

I have been waiting and waiting to post here. I live on the Missouri side, but have close connections to Columbia. I have even met CC a few times. I think it has already been answered, but the Gold's Gym in South County would be about a 10 minute drive from the Coleman house. I used to be a member of the gym and you need to scan an id key card or use your thumb print on the scanner. I can't recall if the gym had showers or not, I believe they did.

I have heard from a reliable source in the boy's school that Gavin told his teacher a few weeks ago that they would be in Disney World this week and next. He later was upset (just a few days prior to the murders) when he told her that mom had decided to not have him miss that much school. Maybe a ploy of CC to set up what appears to be a normal, happy family and play into his alibi?

I can also confirm from the same source that the school was informed by SC of threats against the family.

CC traveled extensively with JMM even going to Europe and Africa with her last year.

At first I did not want to believe CC could have done this, but now I have little doubt.

Back to my search.... I don't know if I'm going to find the stuff about the crushed DVR that I saw in the beginning, but it is interesting to look at the posts again! I know I saw it though...

Thanks, but I think it was a consorted effort. We were all ready to open this case up and not sure who mentioned what first. But...we did nail it together, imo.

Fox 2 just reported that MCS found evidence along 255 (route between Columbia, IL and South County StL, MO) and that they were waiting for lab results before making an arrest. Connor was on to say he was confident that these murders would be solved.

It looks like a brand new cardboard box that has clear tape over the top flap seam to seal it and it looks like the box is wrapped in clear plastic wrap (like they use to wrap skids of boxed goods with) and the handles are make-shift from a layer of the clear plastic wrap to help lift the box up with.

This pictures looks like was taken at the Columbia IL police station where the MCS is temporarily working out of. Are we sure that this is evidence taken from the Coleman house or could it have some Forensic supplies or machinery in it? (the reason I ask is the box does not have a evidence seal on it nor a evidence tag on it that I can see.)

Yes... I got up to 80F+ and it was humid and sticky because of storms coming in.

How about the day CC went into the station for fingerprints? I noticed he was wearing long sleeves. Was it too hot for long sleeves that day or no? I'm thinking of when Brad Cooper killed his wife last year. Had lots of scratches on his arms because she fought like HE!!. It was hot and humid, but he was wearing long sleeves. WS'ers were onto that in a heartbeat. He's in jail now awaiting trial for her murder....

Just save the picture to your hard drive and use any photo program to zoom in on it (Paint that is on Windows will work)

Wow. This is huge news. JM had no plans to go to Florida that I can tell according to her website since Feb. So if he was planning on such a trip, it would have been a family type vacation. Now that we know about the stripper girlfriend in Florida...it makes it even more curious. (And very sad the boys were building up for such an exciting time to have their hopes dashed...only to be murdered. )
