Fran, I totally agree. IMO, his parents told him to lawyer up.
The only possible scenario that I can think of where CC might be innocent of the physical act of murder and respond in the ways that we have observed, would be if HE KNOWS who murdered his family and is protecting that person for one reason or another.
Why though? If he knows who murdered his beautiful wife and children..why wouldn't he want to just throw the guy who did it under the bus and get justice? I couldn't sleep at night, if I were him, knowing that the person who killed my family is just walking free and I'm the one person who can put him in jail, but I'm choosing not to.
Re-reading this article, something jumped out at me:
"She and her husband divorced in December 2004 (I see 12/8/04 as the date and it looks like he divorced her - I can't see the document but it looks like it was initiated by PB). No one answered the door Tuesday at the condominium she bought with her ex-husband in 2006. He appears to have moved, and did not respond to messages left at what a friend said was his cell phone number."

So she was still "friends" with her ex in 2006 and close enough that she bought a condo with him in May of that year. They are still listed as joint owners in the Property Appraisers DB.
It looks like Tara may have been engaged in an intimate relationship with both of them at the same time. The motif of the "battle between good and evil" has been nagging at me throughout this case. PB was the "bad boy", may have introduced TL to the adult sex industry at a young age (college?), and then you've got CC, who was the "good boy". It's not hard (for me) to imagine that it was a mind-game for TL to seduce CC away from SC. Jezebel, or damsel in distress? I wonder what PB thought about it?

Hallo SeriouslySearching,
No, that is not the obit. I distinctly read one prior to that and pertaining to the service held in Chester. I can't recall if I read that on the local church website (his dad's) or at the local funeral home or what but I very distinctly remember the strange wording of "memorials" can be given to or left with, or whatever. I thought that wording was different than any I had read before in such an obit. I remember there was a definite fund name of some type, it didn't necessarily have the word "fund" in it -- which also seems to stick in my brain. I thought, "Hmmm how is that fund earmarked for spending." Whatever it was, it seemed as if it was set up and used prior to this situation -- I suppose someone who went to the funeral and read the paperwork given there might have that on it.
Hallo all who went to that service -- do you have the paperwork you were given? Can you see what I am talking about?
