Hello Chicana, good to see you :blowkiss:

Wow...thanks for the complement -- I hadn't seen your response until now. I really thought that I was banging on all 8 cylinders with that revelation about the flailing. I could be wrong, have been before -- but I keep going back to that. There was something more to that flailing than meets the original eye, and I sure as heck hope that LE caught it and followed up.

W

I looked up the reported "flailing" just now. Coleman was "flailing" his arms as two officers restrained him from reentering the home.

Sorry, but I don't find that behavior criminal nor suspect or place *any* value or weight upon it at all.

IMHO, if anything, I believe the public demonstration by the NOT suspect husband the morning of the murders, was to at the least, delay talking to police. I mean, at the scene he was able to act like a distraught family member before the public and avoid questioning of any substance. By the way he avoided contact with Sheri's family for so many days, shows what type of a coward he is, can't face anyone and look them in the eye.

Kind of like Scott Peterson the first night Laci was missing. Completely avoided Laci's mom, even when she called to him he pretended he didn't hear her and kept walking.

It is a good idea that he may have been trying to injur himself to account for anything that already may have been there.

PS........I HOPE LE had the idea to have the hospital either take photos or note on his file, any existing injuries when he arrived......fran

Hello Analytical,

As far as this goes, ArtieG's neighbor evidently witnessed this -- so I would guess that there is a report of what they saw (a statement taken). We'll have to wait for court on this, unless ArtieG steps in and clarifies for us.

I have never seen any report that it was 2 officers restraining him on trying "to reenter the house" -- but this could be important. Do you have a reference? My understanding was that he went into the house, came out and started flailing -- and then had to be subdued, but I don't recall anything about him trying to reenter the house. A resource would be helpful.

No. I'm in the minority, but I don't put much emphasis on his flailing. It was reported he was being held back from reentering the house by 2 officers .. one can flail their arms in that case. Perhaps there is a disconnect on how the neighbor described it and how the reporter reported it.

There was a witness -- could have even been the detective across the street, guess we'll have to wait for court.

I highly doubt MOST jurors would agree with you on this, IMHO.

Even Jason Young put on a display for his parents when he approached them and they told him the *horrible news* of his wife's murder. He fell *plumb to his knees.*

Of course that didn't stop Jason from hiring an attorney before he even talked to LE once. By the time he arrived on the scene, he had lawyered up and refused a walk through with LE.

Hmmmmmmmmm,.....................LIGHT BULB MOMENT.....................

That's it!

He didn't want to walk through the crime scene with LE!

Ah-ha!!!!

I'm beginning to see the light.;)

Analytical,

Yes. That is a possibility. That is , that the "code of conduct" thing that got him fired was related to his snooping of home. I just feel that is not all.

I posed questions about what exactly CC did for JMM. I hoped folks here could dig and find more information. I can't tell you, I'm Sorry.

I will come back to CC's elaborate "stalker/angry person" threats. That was his Alibi, right? Why would he expect anyone to believe such drama unless he was in fact doing something that would seriously anger people. You tell me what.

If you see JMM bring forth counsel to respond to further questions then you will know that I am right

I believe he was behind the threats. I wonder if he was also sending threats to JM at the same time.Maybe this was discovered during her internal investigation. Seems to me she was by his side till that time. Now is it possible CC was spying on JMM and made it look like an outsider was who blackmailing JMM?but it was CC behind it all ?

I hope so also, if he had any type of bruising, bruises change as time goes on and scrapes/abrasions change also. It might be helpful to determin if something is fresh or several hours old.

Another thing I'm wondering, since he went to the gym, did he have a locker there and could anything have been left there safely locked up?

Also a Light Bulb Moment - Maybe he was flailing his arms around and wallering on the ground as away to explain away bruises that may be on his fists/hands/arms.

Yup!

See, this is what I love about Websleuths! Things *easily* explained by a defense team, can be shot down left and right by *free thinking* individuals. LOL, fwiw, at the same time, it can give the pros a heads-up on what a juror may think when this type of evidence is presented and they need to explain it to the jurors, like they're a 5 yo. ;)

Just sayin'

OT: Is anyone having problems with getting knocked off of WS or is it just me.? It only happens when I log in or post on WS. Grrrr

I drove by the Koch Rd. location this weekend. This was one of the locations MCS supposedly searched. There are plenty of places to dump evidence around there, it's very overgrown in some parts with heavily wooded areas and thick underbrush. If MCS found something there, I'm guessing they had to be tipped off...it's just too large of an area. I guess they could have used dogs, if they would be able to pick up the scent. Someone could have easily seen his SUV down there, since there are a lot of heavy work trucks coming in and out of there.

I thought I'd post a link to the JMM "compound", the main house is for sale. You can see the property pretty well in the listing. I drove by it today and noticed there is a large wrought iron fence and gate around the property. Someone posted that they thought CC worked security at this property rather than at the church property. I don't know if this is true or not.

I think the one thing that is forgotten is that CC was a Marine who was responsible (along with others) to protect President Clinton. This position is not just some Joe Shmoe protecter. This is a trained body guard to the extreme. They are taught actions, maneuvers, and (from what I have learned from family member Marines) special ways to subdue a threat. In ways that can cause death.

Just say'in....

Although many people are impatient for LE to make an arrest, especially since they've announced they KNOW who did this crime, I myself enjoy the *suspense.*

It makes you imagine what the NOT suspect is doing right now. What is he thinking? Does he believe he's going to get away with it? Is he thinking of SODDI scenarios?

Gosh, the possibilities are endless!

For any of you that feel frustrated in this delay, just remember "OJ!"

The OJ trial was a wake-up call for pros across the nation. It was the ultimate in 'not having your ducks in a row.' It showed what can happen when the def attorney opts for the 'speedy trial' scenario.

As a member of the 'Dream Team' of OJ fame, Robert Shiparo pretty well summed it up for me, in an interview that, sorry, I have no link to. But it ocurred a few years ago.

When Mr. Shiparo was asked "Do you believe OJ is guilty?" or something to that effect, Mr. Shiparo's response was very telling.

After a very short hesitation, Mr. Shiparo said something like, "Let me put it this way. Defense attorneys don't 'win' cases. Prosecutors loose cases."

I believe that pretty well says it all. It also tells you WHY they're waiting to make an arrest in this case. All you need is a little patience.

Hello LoveJac,

Love that smooching picture BTW! That coulda been me with my grandson -- only I am a brunette (though he is a major blondie like yours.) Love your baby doll.

Wrinkles! You are a genius. I hadn't thought about the flailing in that way!

Yup, I'm a genius  (thanks for that complement ;) Actually I hadn't thought of the flailing in that way until it was like a revelation -- "Could this be? Could this be the key that fills the gap to understanding?"

I have just been trying to figure out this flailing as it didn't seem to fit into the Chris kinda picture per se - armed forces stud at one time, controlled security guy, etc. On the other hand, other WS'rs have explained their thoughts on how they thought it could be -- so I had to factor that in.

I don't put any kind of behavior out of the picture when someone is hit by this type of thing i.e. if it were my family that were murdered by someone else, oh my God -- but I am an emotional sort, even so...I just couldn't imagine myself flailing like Chris was reported to do and in tandem with what we know about him (though it is not a lot really). Of course, I could be really big wrong -- but...the thought flew.

Okay, so you have been watching this from day one. What do you see that you think that a state's attorney might could use to help with the information they have been handed. Got any "gatherings" for them? I sit here waiting for a revelation, a clarity, anything that could clear Chris (I so don't want to think a man could do this to his family) -- on the other hand, I must accept that this type of thing can and does happen, so if I have a clue to help investigators/attorney staff that might be reading -- well I want them to have it for their notes.

Details about the security of the property from the listing posted on Meyer's home for sale:

"A high tech security system and rod iron fence protects the home and 2+ acres of grounds."

Hi OL!

I've been thinking about this 'alleged' situation of Chris guarding Pres Clinton. I'm not so sure it's necessarily the case. I mean, how many cases have you seen where the NOT perp (;)) had been living a lie, telling their spouse or friends and family, they were actually under-cover CIA agents, they needed to go away on a secret mission, secret phone calls, secret communication, secrets, secrets, secrets???

From what I have seen, this presidential guard thing came from the 'internet,' and has now evolved into a fact?:waitasec:

But just one point ............................he was a K9 officer. Do K9 officers and dogs protect the president of the U.S.???????

That's the main problem I have with this. IF anyone has an answer, I'd appreciate it.

Just wonderin'
fran

PS.......oh yeah, I've seen some of these guys claim they at one time, guarded the pres, whoever he was at the time. fran

  • #1,180
If he guarded the President, he would have the highest security clearance in the world! I knew a fellow who worked on HARM missiles and he had one...they are not easy to get! I doubt you can sleuth that, however. So, reports about his possible career in that field might be impossible and I agree with you, Fran...pure speculation.
