Hmmmm.... last night Kimster was wondering how TL and CC were justifying their betrayal of Sheri. "***** Punished" could be interpreted to mean that CC was punishing Sheri which fits with one of the characteristics of father's who kill that Stella5 posted: "Revenge against an estranged wife, or teaching her a lesson".

It is my understanding that RC has told his flock not to believe what they hear in the media or anywhere else. They just need to listen to and believe him.

Also, the sermons on Grace Church's web site are not reflecting anything since the happenings of 5/5/09.

Interesting. You would think that RC would at least try to make it look like he isn't telling people what to think, it makes it look like he thinks his flock are a bunch of mindless ninnies. I'd be insulted.

While I've mainly been concerned that the friends and family of the Coleman's that are also affiliated with the church would support blindly support CC, I'm now wondering if that will be the case. Many of the people that loved CC loved Sheri, Garret and Gavin as well, it makes sense that they would want to know the truth regardless of what that truth implies. Wise is not just a friend of the family, he works for JM. He's evidently comfortable voicing his opinions, which implies JM is not pressuring her employees not to talk to the media.

Wise *previously* worked for JMM. It's stated clearly in the article that he is a free-lance investigative journalist and is no longer in the employ of JMM.

Wise described Coleman as "serious" and "dedicated to his job and family".

I'm going by the word USED to work with. Meaning he no longer works for JMM.

I took that to mean that he used to work with CC but doesn't work with him because CC resigned. Especially since he mentioned that CC had taken the boys to a sports event two days before the murder. But I did think that that was an off statement because it implies that Wise and CC talk at work, and since CC worked night shift security I don't see how the two would cross paths at work.

Other rumors floating around Chester


CC was using the old house in Sappington (Affton) to have his trysts in.
I am being told (again and by new people) that he has a GF in St. Louis.

I was also told by someone else today (I am sure I will get slammed again for this)
That RC did do time in the pen but it was before he became a pastor or popular in Chester, again it was due to embezzlement. I have no way to verify this as the records would not be online and a background check would have to be done on RC for it to pop up. Maybe someone in the media will do this eventually if RC and his church become too twisted into this.

I was told that RC's home (and the one he lives in) is not part of the Church and that Derek (CC's best bud) is living in the home the church owns and that it sits right behind the church. (sure enough this is true as Derek's address in the phone book is the same address for the house that sits behind the church).

Also I was told that CC's left eye and his left brow are swollen in the mugshot pictures and that it was not due to a defense wound. That he had slammed his head on the glass window in the police car out of frustration (his reaction to seeing the media outside Columbia Police Station) when they were driving up to the Columbia Police Station after they arrested him in Chester.

I am also being told that no one has seen CC's SUV in Chester or at his parents house. They think LE/MCS still has it.

Again these are RUMORS floating around Chester. How true they are is anyone's guess.

Thinking about "she-devil", some believe that scripture forbids a woman to teach and therefore she also cannot preach or deliver the gospel in any way.

Doing a little google, I found many references to "forbidding" women to "teach and/or preach..."

Oh, surely not! I will say my prayers that his "flock" use their own intellect and logic to understand what is actually happening in his church and with his son. That sounds more like "brainwashing" than preaching to me. The congregation should know they are not at his mercy to only believe what is being spoonfed to them by the father of an accused murderer! By the way, a person needs to read the WHOLE TEXT of this book in order to understand what Paul is trying to say. It does NOT mean that women are to be silent all the time. I just wanted to bring this out because there is no "she-devil"ness about it.

I find this one difficult to believe for a number of reasons. JM showed up at the crime scene knowing about the murders and the threats...without a security team with her evidently. (This would be something a reporter would certainly mention if they were there with her.) If she thought for a second they were after her, too...I honestly do not think she would have gone at all. For all she would know at that point (unless she had reason to suspect Chris for the murders which, imo, she did) was that the person sending the threats could have been there to target her.

LE has never mentioned or insinuated there were other threats going to JM which could play a role in these murders. If they knew, they would have put her in immediate protective custody instead of her standing around consoling the neighbors while Chris was in the hospital.

It doesn't look to me like CC told her about the threats. If he didn't he was not doing a good job protecting her, and shows that he wasn't concerned about JM's security because he knew the threats were fake, no?

Also if CC was the only member of the Security Team that was targeting, would they need to investigate that before allowing CC to be so close to JM. Not implying that that would make CC himself a risk, but if he was attacked and was close in physical proximity to JM she would be colateral damage.

I understand what you are saying, but there isn't anywhere in the Bible where it says that a woman teaching the Bible is of that spirit. The text is about how women are not to spiritually lead men. It is about having order among people. We need leaders and God placed men as the leaders of the family and of the flock. This is not so they can RULE over them for their own sakes. It's actually supposed to be a position of love and they are to put the flock OVER themselves and the flock follows.

I'm sorry but this is a topic in itself and maybe we can discuss it in the Jury Room or something if you'd like.

Now IF they are linking this term to JM for the reason of the threats, it's a complete distortion of the Bible. I guess that sums that up. LOL

I don't know what he is telling them but I do know that these people who go to this church believe they are "better" and "holier" then anyone else around here. (maybe RC teaches them this). If they leave the church then anyone who stays at the church will turn their back on the person who has left the church. They just don't lose their church but they lose their so called friends (social circle).
(I am sure I will get slammed again for posting this - but it is the honest to GOD's truth and no I was never a member of this church.)

For the most part the article seems to imply that Wise worked with Chris, and the past tense could be indicating that they no longer work together because CC has resigned. The above statement almost sounds like he at some point worked with Sheri, and if he has been covering St. Lois for twenty years his employment with JMM would have to overlap with that work, no?

We have to remember it would be Chris' fake distortion since he wrote the threatening notes and left the messages at the crime scene. I can see him using words such as "She-Devil" to pretend he was some extremist against JMM. Don't forget...this was set up to look like SODDI and the other dude was upset about Chris protecting her or something to that affect. (We don't know what the threating letters said exactly.)

Mr Rosie is the farthest from controlling as one can get, and he knows/has the password to my youtube account and a number of other sites, cause I use one password for certain kinds of things. He doesn't upload to youtube and should he start he would get his own account. He occasionally looks at stuff - he is very non tech/online/addicted to the web, etc.

Others, he doesn't have, but, he does know where there is an envelope in case something happens to me. It has all of my online accounts, urls, user names and passwords. Just in case.

Maybe JMM has season tickets to the Cardinal games as a tax write off (if she needs one) and it was CC's turn to use the tickets. (Every employee I have worked for always had season tickets to the Cardinal games - they would draw employee names and hand out the tickets to whom had their name drawn. - Normally I would get 4 tickets (for 4 seats) each time I won.

So if Wise works for JMM then he probably knew that CC had won the tickets to the game the weekend before he killed his family.
