I was also thinking about what was said when Mario, Enrico, and the other two went into the house and the photos were taken off the walls etc. I would like to explore the fight angle more since we have heard he was outside playing with the boys and supposedly fixed dinner for the family prior to the murders.

What This is the first I've heard about this! Unbelievable.

And since she was getting ready to leave him, he had to rush his plan to kill her.......and because the boys witnessed something, they, too, were killed. He wasn't totally prepared for the murder - thus his mistakes in over-staging? Although I think most killers think they are smarter than they are..............or think everyone else is more stupid than they are....

I wonder of we will ever find out exactly what went on that night?

(bbm) Intuitively I believed early on that SC's discovery of and, in turn, decision to expose CC's affair precipitated a fateful confrontation. That doesn't mean it was at that moment CC killed his family nor would his sons necessarily have needed to have witnessed anything beyond an earlier argument for him to consider them liabilities as well. But I am still haunted by the other equally repugnant possibility, that his sons' deaths could've themselves been tragic casualties of "over-staging" their mother's murder.

To allude, within "threats" of April 27 2009, "I'm always watching," "I know your schedule," "I saw you leave" requires little analysis and seems to be clearly anticipating, just a week or so prior to the early am murders how an "intruder" could time their entry, executions and exit so swiftly while avoiding detection. So lame it's just friggin pitiful.

Yeah, well baby, was that your pattern for longer than a week? And, even if it was -- we do get the picture -- your life was threatened, they knew your schedule, but some how you missed the ligature? How does that work when it was "you" (and your family) that was threatened. Why would the clown so-called threatener miss the main object of his anger?

IDK - this is weird to me. I adore my F-I-L and we're close, but he wouldn't know any of my friends by name if someone put a gun to his head - even though he's met many of them several times! And they all live in the same city as we do! My gut tells me RC knew more than we would think. And that's just plain creepy to me. WTH kind of family is this?

Fairy...i have the same feelings...remember CC's brother left his wife high and dry and the whole scenario seemed to be blessed by RC all along....

Per the following... I suppose the following will have to be confirmed when we learn of injuries to Sheri, and see some type of texting (from Sheri to a friend, or from Sheri to CC, or from CC to Tara, or ...) that confirms it. IF Sheri had a broken jaw and other facial injuries (which I wouldn't doubt)...then it would certainly seem a fight first.

...I'll spill the beans here on one of the things I heard from my friend since so much info is starting to come out. I was told that the fight before the murder is thought to be because SC found out about the affair and threatened to get CC fired from his job.

For some reason, I think his plan was in place and while the argument could have hastened it by anger of the moment...it was near the time he originally set it up anyway. His plan was always flawed and stupid. I think we know why he wasn't a rocket scientist.

I want to know exactly how SC found out ---- was it him or MM who told her --- or did she find something and confronted him? Maybe I'm just nosey, but I really want to know. I hope we can follow the "storyline" from the texting, sexting and e-mails between CC, MM and SC -

Also wondering if MM was at the visitation in Chester or Chicago?

I bet she told him to leave and after packing up some of his stuff, he refused, then she decided she was going to leave and only got a few things in her car. If the threat about getting him fired is true, then he IMO, decided there was no way he was going to let Sheri live to make that call to JMM in the morning.

Didn't we hear that he had taken additional policies on SC in Dec? Has anyone found proof of this yet? Or are we dealing with a rumor?
