Well, okay. I don't believe CC murdering his own family will have anything, whatsoever, to do with religion in the end. He was using his "Christianity" as a beard, I think. I don't want to confuse his motivations for killing his wife and children here. It wasn't to make a religious - or anti-religious statement. I truly believe his motivation was money and freedom. . I hate the fact that religion is a part of him at all. And I hate the fact that he will drag other - seemingly - faithful people down with him. IMO...

It's sad - but I think you're spot on. IMHO, I think this has to do with lust and greed. I know I've gone down the religious path before, but I'm giving up on that theory.

True, but the problem is she is still hanging out with the same crowd. It doesn't appear her priorities have changed all that much. Outside of dancing at the race track...it is still one big party centered around men, gambling, and drinking.

Hi Again A,

I had no idea about this case. What baffles me is a chuch of all places needs an armed security guard. A mafioso church? Good Lord (no pun intended). Do you know if JMM has armed security guards.

I guess I'm naive, but a house of the Lord (should) negate all need for violence, and is a sacred place. I know most of the wars of this world are religion based, but we should be able to pray in peace without an armed guard over our shoulder.

Add another reason why I don't go to church anymore!

In my effort to stay on topic, I'm really leaning toward the church not having anything to do with these killings. IMHO.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — The gunman believed to have killed four people in a pair of shooting sprees at a megachurch in Colorado Springs and a missionary training school near Denver had been thrown out of the missionary school a few years ago and had been sending it hate mail, police said in court papers Monday.

The gunman was identified as Matthew Murray, 24, who was home-schooled in what a friend said was a deeply religious Christian household. Murray's father is a neurologist and a leading multiple-sclerosis researcher.

This has absolutely nothing to do with the Coleman case. In the Colorado case, you had a disturbed man who MAILED letters to the missionary school. In this case, you have Chris Coleman who was making up threats and putting them in with his own mail (no delivery and no stamp). LE has proof he was behind the threats and it is part of the charges for murder against him.

Kinda like KC Anthony - some people never grow up. And CC was going to marry this woman. Tells me a few things with him were "off". Why go from one marriage to another? Did Tara not want the kids? Was the willing to do anything for her?

I still have my eyes on her and wonder what her involvement was/is.

Or CC was lying to TL .... it's hard to see how a physical relationship that started in November can lead to a marriage proposal .. oh wait ... the courtship would last to 2010.

Miss Motive was married before and to my knowledge doesn't have any. She is approaching the ticking biological clock so it is always possible she wanted some and planned on a family with Chris. Maybe she wasn't keen on raising step children with her own?!

I wonder what the extent of her involvement was as well. However, I don't believe CC had any intention of actually marrying her. Once the wife and kids were out of the picture, so would have been the thrill. I truly believe CC just wanted to be free of any and all "obligations." What a creeper!

IMO - daddy did know about MM. That just grosses me out even more and leads me to believe there will be so, so, so much more to this story. If his family isn't trying to talk CC into confessing, they will be sorry...
