Haha!

From the movie The Big Lebowski:

"Look, let me explain something to you. I'm not Mr. Lebowski. You're Mr. Lebowski. I'm the Dude. So that's what you call me. That, or His Dudeness … Duder … or El Duderino, if, you know, you're not into the whole brevity thing."

If you like dark comedy, by all means see this flick!

Or...never mind. lol
:)

Call me dense because 1 glass of wine has not altered my faculties..I don't get it...Is it that you spoke and acted alike???or that in your circle everyone called everyone " dood" ?????

A tornado hit my yard last year. Uprooted out of the ground 10 trees. One tree was about 20 feet from my house. The house across the street from me was leveled. Tornados are scary.

Oh yikes, that sounds very scary.

If I could link you to my long term memory, you might want to reconsider the request. You'd definitely come back with the munchies and disheveled hair.

:floorlaugh::floorlaugh: But we'd have fun dancing.

Well, no blue hair.....yet!

My 4th grade teacher had blue hair and I loved it. I lived in NM at the time and the teacher was from TN. I wanted blue hair so badly. I wanted to go to TN to get blue hair.

It was super scary. There were no warnings. I was at work and my security alarm at my house sounded because the wind blew open a door. My dogs were traumatized.

That is hysterical....kids are so funny.

My mom always used to cut my hair off in a pixie in 3rd 4th grade so I would wander around the house with a big white shirt on my head pretending it was my long blonde hair.

Then I saw Whoopie Goldberg's stand up movie and she did the same exact thing.

I was there in Feb. It was very pretty after the snowstorm ended but a little chillier then we had bargained for. The year before we were wearing shorts at the same time. I suppose this time of year people go there to cool off from the city temps.

This is what it was like when we arrived after an interesting ride from Phoenix through Jerome.

The great thing about the Southwest is that 9 times out of 10 the next day dawns bright and sunny. So, the following day we woke to this:

Hope you have a great weekend. Wish I was lying on the red rocks in the sun.

Greetings all from beautiful Sedona! My hot spot works!! :floorlaugh:

I was at a lit lounge reading event last night and a woman read a piece about competing against Cheryl Lynn on.....The Gong Show....and beating her! She showed footage of her act juggling and singing and she was so brilliant how could they not have voted her the winner. But as she said CL went on to become a disco queen and she alas...didnt get discovered for her juggling act.

True story! :seeya:

When posters were putting up photos today of themselves I looked quickly and I couldn't find a recent photo of me since I am always the picture taker.

So I found this one and I was 54 in this one.

Never had blue hair and still have all of my own teeth and weigh 120 which I have weighed since I was a young woman.:floorlaugh:

Here's another one for Sleuth:
