It's probably the same reason why she resealed the sidebar conversations. Too much media coverage could taint a potential jury. I think she wants to err on the side of caution rather than everything getting overturned.

Well it is not as though the trial is starting over. It's just the penalty phase. She has been cautious throughout this ordeal.

It seems like she is experiencing jail as she should as a murderer.

We will see whatever this evil chameleon decides to morph in to being on that particular day.

Imo, there is no 'real Jodi.' It is whatever mask she decides to wear on any given day.

Just a random thought. Since Jodi has the heavily armed guards and has had a taste of jail would she make a run for it :floorlaugh: I know I would cuz I'd rather be gondy. Naw prolly not a good idea.
