This will be #8, but all can be easily hidden due to the "office-like" environment I work in. Some hurt more than others, they're not HORRIBLE, but I could think of worse things. My mom just turned 60 and got her first tattoo a few months ago

What kind of diet should I go on? Any ideas?

Have you ever tried just calorie counting? My sister has lost almost 70 lbs in the last year by limiting her calorie intake.

I have NO willpower so I'm screwed when it comes to dieting.

Ok. Once upon about 30 minutes ago, my 19 year old daughter clipped the front end of my neighbors car. Omg. My insurance is already thru the roof.

HCG is the hormone you secrete when you are pregnant. They have found that by isolating the hormone and then giving it orally, along with a specific diet, it leads to dramatic weight loss. I did the under your tongue drops and lost a lot of weight in a short amount of time.

Really? I'm curious now. I might have to look into this. I'm an emotional eater though, so I have a terrible time with dieting.
