Really? I'm curious now. I might have to look into this. I'm an emotional eater though, so I have a terrible time with dieting.

Actually, you would do really well. It wasn't hard and I am a carboholic. Yes, I do attend meetings. :seeya:

HCG is the hormone you secrete when you are pregnant. They have found that by isolating the hormone and then giving it orally, along with a specific diet, it leads to dramatic weight loss. I did the under your tongue drops and lost a lot of weight in a short amount of time.

Sounds kind of scary to me :scared:.
I was always hungry when I was pregnant :floorlaugh:
Where did you get these hormones?

Actually when you are not pregnant, it cuts your appetite. You do not stay on this diet for long. You lose about 1-2 lbs a day

Are you seriously wanting to diet, Y?

Yes, Charlotte. i hate being a rolly-polly. I was always thin (and svelt :floorlaugh:). I look like my Grandma now, bless her :floorlaugh:

This HCG diet is not for everybody. Please check with your physician before doing diet and or exercise. I am now officially an infomercial!

I used to weigh a whole lot less. then I got sick and gained a lot of weight. So drastic measures were needed.

I thought "Muffy" was only a name for the "rich and famous" :floorlaugh:
Buffy- for only vampire slayers :floorlaugh:
Pick another name.

I need to loose weight too. I was thinking of concocting some tasty low-carb shakes mainly to help feel fuller and hopefully eat smaller portions. Found one recipe using sugar free chocolate pudding mix and frozen yogurt but I haven't tried it yet!

Correction: OfficialHCGDrops.com. Beware drops made in India. The caloric intake is 500 calories a day. I did 700 calories a day. You feast for 2 days prior to starting the drops. Drops are twice a day. Apple, chicken, salad, tuna. Stuff like that. They give you the book of recipes and foods allowed. My doctor spouse was skeptical. At first. Now he is more open for people to try it. My friends have all done it. They say you melt like a candle which is true.

I met a woman in Florida who lost 125 lbs over a year doing the 700 calorie regime. She got the HCG via injection. She was morbidly obese prior to the HCG diet. She had to go weekly to her doctors office to get the shots and was heavily medically supervised.

I was not heavily medically supervised. Being married to a Doctor is like the cobbler whose children had no shoes!! JK
