awww, how sweet - but we'd love to see you having some fun offline, too. :seeya:

Aww, thanks! I'm still moping, so I've been in my pj's since I got home from work at 6 tonight  I've always been kind of a homebody but I agree, I need to start having some outside fun.

(FYI, my mom gave me a lecture last night about getting out and getting a life that doesn't revolve around men lol)

I thought "Muffy" was only a name for the "rich and famous" :floorlaugh:
Buffy- for only vampire slayers :floorlaugh:
Pick another name.

Ok, Muffy it is then. :seeya:

Yes, Charlotte. i hate being a rolly-polly. I was always thin (and svelt :floorlaugh:). I look like my Grandma now, bless her :floorlaugh:[/QUOTE

I need to loose weight too. I was thinking of concocting some tasty low-carb shakes mainly to help feel fuller and hopefully eat smaller portions. Found one recipe using sugar free chocolate pudding mix and frozen yogurt but I haven't tried it yet!

What's the recipe?
I was thinking of trying the Cabbage Soup Diet for a week- to jump start. I like cabbage and it sounds good.

If you could change your name, what would you change it to?

Correction: OfficialHCGDrops.com. Beware drops made in India. The caloric intake is 500 calories a day. I did 700 calories a day. You feast for 2 days prior to starting the drops. Drops are twice a day. Apple, chicken, salad, tuna. Stuff like that. They give you the book of recipes and foods allowed. My doctor spouse was skeptical. At first. Now he is more open for people to try it. My friends have all done it. They say you melt like a candle which is true.

I met a woman in Florida who lost 125 lbs over a year doing the 700 calorie regime. She got the HCG via injection. She was morbidly obese prior to the HCG diet. She had to go weekly to her doctors office to get the shots and was heavily medically supervised.

I was not heavily medically supervised. Being married to a Doctor is like the cobbler whose children had no shoes!! JK

I'm really thinking about this. I'd love to lose 15-20 lbs, especially this summer so I feel more comfortable wearing shorts. I'm 5'9 and fairly height/weight proportionate, but just not quite "there" yet, if that makes sense?

Your mom is right! How about calling a female friend and catching a movie and bite to eat. You'll feel better. Hugs

This made me think about the first time an ex made me dinner...it was some cabbage casserole. It was SO good, but about an hour after eating I had to get home, immediately....I thought I was going to explode! I was so embarrassed lol. Cabbage doesn't agree with this girl.

How much does this cost and if you only eat 700 calories a day, won't you loss weight without the drops? Do the drops cut your appetite?

You only stay on the HCG diet for 3 weeks at a time as you lose on average 15-20 pounds in that time. Official HCG DietDrops.com. I haven't had it right until now. :)

I think the 2 oz bottle is $70. The drops plus the decreased calories is what helps you lose weight. It prevents the body from thinking it is in starvation mode. There is science behind this diet, believe it or not. :seeya:
