Sounds like a good idea. I was surprised, speaking of cleaner and elbow grease, how clean I got the kitchen hood/vent today with some CitraSolv. I thought the dark markings that were on there couldn't come off! :rockon:

Btw, do you have any ideas on how to take the smell out of a musty kitchen cabinet? I've tried bleach (and have DampRid in there), but that doesn't even work. :blushing: There aren't any leaks, as far as I can tell...

I'd spray the empty cabinet with a fine mist of straight (not diluted) bleach, let it soak in for awhile, then point a fan in there. After it was completely dry I'd clean the cabinet with orange oil on a sponge to dissipate the residual bleach smell. If you continue to smell a musty odor after the cabinet is dry, you might have mildew on the floorboards under the cabinet,
