I will give them to you early.
If you could change one thing in world history, what would it be?

9/11....it was the worst thing I ever witnessed in history.

Ok. What was you all time favorite movie?

What immediately came to mind was the Holocaust, then 911, then the Civil War

Hitler / Holocaust was my first thought.

Oops... Sorry! Never mind!

How about one place anywhere in the entire world where would it be and why?

Killarney in Ireland. I went there last year and it's breathtaking. I WILL go back someday. It's a friendly town in a beautiful country.

This is a pretty vague answer as to what I'd change in history, but WWII and the Vietnam War changed my family, in my opinion. My grandpa fought in WWII and my dad said he grew up with a father who was very distanced. My dad fought in the Vietnam War and won't talk about it. Growing up I felt he was very impulsive and jumpy, for lack of a better word. Depressed maybe? I don't know, I like Linda's answer the best!

My dad liberated Auschwitz, in Patton's Third Army

absolutely horrifying ... he would never tell me about it

The shoes. In the Holocaust museum. That image has never left me.
Same with 911
The Civil War battlefields where 600,000 men lost their lives.
Very powerful images

God bless him. That's like what I said about my grandpa and my dad...I cannot imagine the horrors they witnessed.

It's heartbreaking to think about.

My favorite movie is The Green Mile. I've probably watched it thirty times or more, and I cry every time Tom Hanks says "roll on three". Second would be Lord of the Rings (all of them).

Now that I have determined that you all are caring people with heart and goodness in your souls, you serve Travis' memory without even trying. Bless you all.
