I've at least been careful with the placement of mine, they can all be hidden for professional reasons. But still....I wonder what some of them are going to look like 30, 40 years from now.
stretchy :floorlaugh:

Evening all .... here but glued to US open tennis on TV. Stephens coming up shortly. Venus lost but let me tell you she's not done yet!
Does anyone remember which city Rosemary lives in?
I'm boiling peanuts, a southern dish, anyone want some?
Y/N what's the weather like in NYC for tomorrow? Many games were cancelled today due to rain.
Cloudy, in the low 80's- no rain here, but I don't know about NYC's Forest Hills (where they usually play tennis).
What the heck is boiled peanuts??? :scared:

Funny you should ask. I was just talking to my sister who is flying in from CA and will be going to the US Open.
Tomorrow is supposed to be like today, then a few good days with little chance of rain before it returns to weather like today. My sister knew more than I did because she wants to go see some matches!
Rosemary's profile doesn't say where she lives, but it seems to me that it's midwest or something like that. She posted something once that gave an idea of where she might live, but I can't find anything but a mention of Jackson. Mississippi, maybe?
m129...
Just as a woman's body falls to gravity, so does a man's.
Kinda like a bull elephant, if you know what I mean.

Evening, my princess :seeya:
I like Leonardo DiCaprio, also- he's a good actor.
Shutter Island was a good movie- some ending, wasn't it? You should read the book- that was good, too.
I don't think they do labotomys anymore??? :scared: :floorlaugh:
Oh, daisy
Tall women are beautiful and statuesque- like Jane Russell. They can carry a few extra pounds- unlike petite women, where 5 pounds or so make they look rotund :floorlaugh:.
My mother was 5'11", with size 10 1/2 foot size. She always appeared to me like a Greek goddess (not a giraffe, at all) with her tall height and long hair. Just beautiful. I'm the pipsqueak of the family at almost 5'2" :floorlaugh:.
Hi Beckydracula:--:floorlaugh
:seeya:
How have you been?
I hope this doesn't come across as rude, but who is Becky? :blushing: I haven't seen so many of the regulars around lately so I'm TRULY sorry for asking this!!
Nice to see some of the folks back who were here during trial. :seeya: Not much to say about missy other than that I hope she chokes on her peanut butter. Maybe that's what she uses to grease up her hair? She did say it gets everywhere. :floorlaugh:
I am Becky, also known as Count Beckula: "moohoohahaha!!!" But you can call me Becky.
It's a long story that begins vvith a single mother vvho sends her beloved son off to university vvith a nevv computer--because his previous one vvas a piece of you-knovv-vvhat whose "w" key didn't work. And so (violins, please), she sends him off and then takes over his crappy laptop vvhile he (more violins, please) does very, very vvell at university.
Anyway (or anyvvay), my previous posts all did linguistic headstands to avoid the letter w, but still sometimes I had to use words that included the letter w, and so I had to either substitute a v for a w or a vv for a w--either way, my comments always sounded like I was doing a silly imitation of Bela Lugosi as Count Dracula.
At first I was embarrassed, but everybody here found it hilarious in a friendly way. And then somebody called me Count Beckula, an appellation that I love and embrace.
So that's me! :blushing:
Aww, thanks for putting this in perspective! I'm 5'9 and call myself the jolly green giant. I really notice it while doing the online dating thing, the first thing I look at is what the guys have listed as their height :floorlaugh:
I do agree....it's nice when it comes to a few extra pounds...there's more room in me for the weight to distribute. However, instead of going to myit goes right to my hiney
I would love to be 5'9". Maybe when I grow up, I will be tall.
