I had hoped she would come back on and let us know how she was doing. I was very upset. I, like so many people on this thread and WS, know with 100% certainty that no parent or sibling ever gets over the death of a child. I really hope she sought help from her parents or siblings, someone in a position to help her.

Same here, Zuri. She's been on my mind ever since. I've been stopping in here on-and-off looking for an update. Let's hope to hear something soon.

Had to wish my Mamma a Happy Birthday; she would have been 93 today... Two years gone, and I miss our weekend phone chats!!!!

Hmmmm, maybe this is my husband's problem, lol.

Looks like you guys were having a good time last night. I would have joined in, but I was out helping with a fund raiser for a local dog rescue charity. It was a kind of a last minute emergency event because they are so critically short on funds. So it was hastily thrown together, but last I heard we had raised about 1800.00. :)

Ed Gien was the impression for quite a few movies. Texas Chainsaw was another. John Larroquette was Leatherface, and Marilyn Burns would play the part of Linda Kasabian in Helter Skelter.

I always thought a young Anthony Hopkins ( in the 1978 movie Magic) looks and sounds like Dr. Vass, from Caylee's murder trial.

BBM :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh:

To me they favored each other. Put gray hair on him and listen to his accent. He is also soft spoken like Dr. Vass. JMVOO ;)

My husband is Italian. He was born in Trieste in the far northern part of the Adriatic. His father was US army . His mother, Adilia, met him when she said "the Americans came to save us". She said they were slowly starving. Never enough food and what there was didn't fill you up. She was a translator for the Americans and British, and had a cyanide capsule to take if caught and arrested. She said the Germans soldiers were very cruel and inhumane, and would kill ten citizens if one of their solider was killed. She said she had known war all her life, and to never forget that freedom comes with a price.

Hi ILikeToBendPages, my Dad was a 45th Thunderbird in Italy, so hope someone made a good spaghetti dinner for him, he died in France. His Regt. was first in Dachau. He died right before that. They cried when they found it..

Can't help it:

Yep, I have been bad:

Michael Jackson - Bad [Full Version 1987] - YouTube

and just b/c Halloween is coming (and I couldn't find an appropriate Don Corleone clip)

Michael Jackson - Thriller - YouTube

(And I still think this second one is about Joe J. :()

Hi Merci, I remember when Michael first came on tv.. He was such a cute little boy! Just adorable. He was very talented right off the bat, oh he could dance. I like his singing, Somehow I always felt sorry for him. :seeya:

:floorlaugh: :floorlaugh: Yes, you are right about AH and Dr. Vass.
I don't know why seeing Baez again just :stormingmad: me. Loved how Dr. Vass so frustrated him  Loved Dr. Vass- very set in his analysis of the odor in the trunk. I believed everything he said.
