Jodi's not suicidal ... she's playing the system, she knew full well that if she said she wanted to die that it would cause all this (remember, she told the court that she specifically DIDN'T admit being suicidal when she made the 'no jury would convict me' comment to explain it). This is just manipulation, and unfortunately the court has little choice. Also she cannot agree to skip mitigation without a psyche evaluation .. she's just delaying as she has done for the whole 5 years because a cell on death row is not her idea of a good time.

JA didn't get her way, she doesn't "approve" of the verdict she was handed by this jury, now this. We really should have expected it. She's still creating drama, still putting on a show, and still manipulating the court proceedings and the lives of everyone involved, the jurors, the witnesses, the attorneys, the judge, the clerks, LE. She's so pathetic, probably nicked herself with a razor or a golf pencil :banghead:

Saying over and over "NO jury will ever convict me"

Narcissistic injuries suffered by a psychopath are the worst!

Oh boy the attorneys are in the judges chambers. It has to be that stunt she played yesterday, with prisoner #??? calling a press conference.

LMAO!!!

I know Jodi, lawyers, media has "lied". But would police or EMT lie was my point. I guess they could. I don't know what protocol is.

I mean, if they lied and said it's nothing to do with this case...and then it is, that just seems wrong somehow.

I mean, it's gonna come out if it IS related!!! No way around that.

EMS an others involved are bound by confidentiality when it comes to health care. They would violate HIPAA if they said who they were there for.

Per Beth Karas Tweet: The courtroom doors are locked to the media and general public. But the families are both inside.

I thought JA's mother left for CA....

Well I don't know who told her but somebody told JVM that the emt's were not there for the Alexander case.

She sat on the stand for 18 days telling her story with no problem, prisoner #??? is not insane.

You know it but remember when casey anthony's attorneys demanded a competency hearing mid-trial? In light of her incredibly bizarre interview, that may be exactly what's happening.

This is after she had been found guilty of 1st degree murder. I don't know what her rights are at this point but I would think she should have used that as a defense.
