I saw on HLN where CMJA is declaring bankruptcy to delay the civil suit by the Alexanders. So I guess this means she won't be filing any appeals if she is given LWOP. Unbelievable.

If that is what HLN is reporting, they are way off base.

The tweet said she is filing for bankrupty...if she can afford it.

Stupid of HLN to make any kind of inference. No way that CMJA can afford bankruptcy. Her time with legal matters would be better spent on her penalty phase trial, doncha think.

CMJA had a home that went into foreclosure and a car that was repo'd. From what we know about her finances at the time, she was probably maxed out on her credit cards. Thing is, the maximum statute of limitations on credit card debt is 6 years (5 in California), so if her debt hasn't already been written off by the lender it will be soon. No point in filing for bankruptcy if she has no debt.

It's all just more nonsense from her and her minions. And I am annoyed that HLN reported it as if it were serious.

Yep! My problem is that I have a very hard time putting my thoughts down into words. I can form a compelling argument in my head but putting it out there for others is a different story.

That, and I care WAY too much about what others think. I'm terrified of confrontation so I'm useless in a debatable atmosphere.

I'm miserable tonight...I have bronchitis AGAIN. I can't catch my breath, same symptoms as before. Thank goodness my meds from last time (a few months ago?) have refills on them so I started the steroid yesterday.

Mark my words, I will NEVER pick up another cigarette. It's been 2 days and I'm done.

m1279, you sound like me. I quit 11 years ago when I woke up and couldnt breathe out. I had a rescue inhaler and used it. If you dont have one, ask your Doctor. I am still coughing! I had c~scan of lungs mine also have scar tissue from pneumonia. When I was little no one went to the DR. with a "cold". We coughed it out. I hope you feel better soon. Gramma.xo

Happens to me all the time! Just clarify "moo" and if you are not being mean or rude, I would not worry.

Alot of people are bias... stay positive.

How does your debt work if you sentenced to LWOP or DP?

Jodi, IMO, is asking for donations. I guess the art sales aren't going so well?

I'm quite certain Jodi still has her "supporters" out there. She is still milking it.
