I could swear I read somewhere the Judge ruled against her reading the jurors tweets. Now maybe I dreamed it, always possible.:floorlaugh: She said more than once the only way she'd accept a plea is if it came with LWP.. Thats not going to happen. I also hope JM. can open it all up! in comparison to the MacNeill trial this one holds too much back. The people have a right to know about the person on trial.:moo: I hope it gets going soon.:seeya:

Nore, I think that I am the one who incorrectly reported that the judge had ruled on this motion. I usually check things carefully before I post, but I oopsed big time with that one.

Hoping that the judge may reconsider the media motion...in light of the fact that CMJA is still tweeting and has leaked things to the media, live trial coverage would be better that the public having to rely on the media filtering information and using "bombshell" headlines, if you know what I mean.

She has a handful of supporters who visit her...looks like they joined her rag tag band and are not long standing friends. Seems like a few visited her in the past week.

Visits are limited to 30 minutes.

From what I can gather, even if she had visitors every time she was let out of her cell, the solitary bit really wears people down psychologically and has to have some negative effect on her.

Not that I'm asking anyone to feel sorry for her. :jail:

Well, I got to see the high quality of friends she had backing her at trial. I am sure the ex-jailmates are trying to figure out how she can benefit them somehow...

I thought CMJA had no cell mate now? Was this maybe during her first trial?
My guess is she was telling a cell mate how she would like to do to Juan what she did to TA. This is a serious matter. Can JSS get on with this and put this woman away for life? If this story has any truth to it and the judge has to make the final decision, I would bet CMJA would never get parolled. I am just sick of her. So she hates Juan? Well imagine how he feels about her!

But unfortunately I'm currently on bed rest with a blood clot that is threatening the pregnancy. We are hoping all will be ok and we can put an end to the infertility chapter in our lives. Congrats on the pregnancy and I'll say prayers for you and the baby. Where is the clot and how are they treating it?

I had DVTs in the leg...was treated first with heparin and then coumadin, but I don't know if those medications are contra-indicated with pregnancy.
