Yes they are back! :loveyou: Thanks spellbound.:happydance:
Thank you! We will all have fun once the trial begins. Wish my grandson could go visit your neighbor with his bb gun.
Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I've hidden the bb guns, slingshots, and wrist rockets from dh and gs for a while now. I know dh will be looking for them soon. We have pecan trees and this year we have pecans and we'll have plenty of them.
I did talk my gs out of using a bow and arrow.

I hope you are right Tuba. I totally agree.A lack of mitigating factors or mitigating witnesses is not responsible for defeating the death penalty.

OKEMAH, Okla. (AP) A man accused of killing two girls along a rural Oklahoma road in 2008, but who wasn't arrested until after being questioned in his fiancée's death three years later, pleaded guilty in both cases Thursday.
Kevin Sweat, 28, entered guilty pleas to three counts of first-degree murder in Okfuskee County District Court. Prosecutors dropped plans to seek the death penalty after Sweat agreed to waive his right to a jury trial. A bench trial was scheduled to begin on Monday.
The girls 11-year-old Skyla Whitaker and 13-year-old Taylor Paschal-Placker were fatally shot as they walked down a road near Weleetka in rural eastern Oklahoma. But the case quickly went cold after their bullet-riddled bodies were found not far from where Taylor lived with her grandfather.
Ok he pled guilty.........whats the wait? give him the dp and get er done for these families.

I have a question. Veterinarians use Pentobarbitol to euthanize horses daily. Can't the States use the Pentobarbitol from the vets to euthanize these murderers?

Politics in other words. Apparently TX hasn't had issues with their concoctions and keep their sources secret for good reason. AZ can do the same....but its all politics."Q: Why don't all states follow the lead of Georgia, Missouri and Texas and use compounded pentobarbital?
A: The compounded version is difficult to come by, with most compounding pharmacists reluctant to expose themselves to possible harassment by death penalty opponents. Adopting it also raises the specter of lawsuits over its constitutionality, based on arguments that its purity and potency could be questioned as a non-FDA regulated drug. So far, Georgia, Missouri and Texas won't reveal their sources, while Ohio, whose protocol includes the option of compounded pentobarbital, hasn't been able to obtain it....
Q: Why can't states just find another drug as effective as pentobarbital?
A: Basically, options are running out. The leading candidate after pentobarbital was propofol, the painkiller known as the drug that caused pop singer Michael Jackson's 2009 overdose death. Missouri proposed using propofol but withdrew the idea over concerns the move would create a shortage of the popular anesthetic. Meanwhile, manufacturers are also starting to put limits on drugs in the old three-drug combo still in use in states like Florida....

Picture of her Royal Fatness.....unless she pulls a fast one on Aug 10, I'm hedging my bets she's going to foal Sept 9. First foals are so unpredictable, and her heat cycles were pretty goofy last year.
Compare to the lean, mean, speed machine from last year:
