The family is doing the TA Day of Service today. They raised money for supplies to be put in 600 bags for homeless people. They were going to have an event in a park, but did not get the proper permits, so a small group is going to a shelter and dropping off the bags.

Retrial of penalty phase: Sept. 8 (jury selection starts)

Same attorney's (as far as we have heard, although there was some speculation that she might represent herself??)

She has new mitigating factors (don't know what they are).

She has a "appellation fund" for her appeals (according to her aunts website).

She is still selling her art, but now the funds are to support some charity for abused children- in Travis' name :shame:

She is no longer twittering, but someone is twittering in her name with her OK (according to her Twitter A/C).

BBM. I can't remember exactly what happened last year -- I don't know that the judge ORDERED her to stop tweeting, but I know the subject came up when Nurmi was *itching about JM turning the trial into a circus. I thought it was "agreed" that she would stop tweeting. Guess this is just another example of how JA has to do things her way and be damned to everybody else.
