My best guess is that Nurmi is asking the judge to reconsider his motion to withdraw as counsel.

Almost starting to feel sorry for the guy.

I do expect the press to submit a motion to reconsider live coverage, especially since Judge Stephens left the door open a bit in her ruling where she said that it was possible to have the trial broadcast with a 15 minute delay.

Elle, Michael Kiefer is extremely biased in favor of the convicted killer Jodi Arias. He helped her and the defense in so many ways during the guilt phase of her trial and was not kind toward the family of Travis. Please go back to the posts during that trial and you will see. I cannot stress this enough.

Based on the chatter from her supporters and what is on her official websites, it looks like CMJA intends to bring all this stuff up first, leaving the door wide open for Juan.

In addition to auctioning her eyeglasses, she is also trying to sell a drawing called Puppy for $900, with half the proceeds being donated to a no-kill animal shelter. Yup, get up there and say its not ok to kill animals without expressing real remorse over slaughtering a human being.
