AZLawyer, do you see any reason why jury selection cannot go forward on September 8 in spite of JA's claim of unfinished business with her witness? It's not like that unfinished business has anything to do with jury selection and jury selection will probably take the start of the actual trial to late September/early October anyway.

I updated Adobe & tried even a MSFT repair and still cannot see the Fox10 page. Can someone tell me what reader you are using to read the motion for continuance? It must not be Adobe Reader.

I don't think the judge would do that. Knowing what the evidence will be actually has a lot to do with jury selection.

Just saw your post on this, geevee. My Adobe 8 was fine. Maybe it is a plug-in function that has been removed in my wholesale spyware & ad clean out.

Well, I would be willing to bet Christmas will come and go before this thing is concluded.

Judge Stephens said no delay.

She reiterated this in the hearing granting CMJA's request for pro per representation.

Acting pro per does not give her the time and opportunity to develop a whole new case. She may try to play it that way, but the judge will not buy it, IMO.

With pro per, she also has additional privileges, such as official phone calls. Surely she and her expert witness should be able to conclude their business via phone before the end of the month, as opposed to a visit in jail?

I would be both shocked and disappointed in the judge if she granted any delay.

It's possible the Reader lost something in the deletions, maybe if you uninstall and reinstall the Reader it may fix things? I used Foxit reader, Adobe's was just getting too bloated for me.

I'm already on record as well into 2015 -- if not beyond.

I watched JSKS get played like a fiddle during the guilt/innocence phase.

I see no reason she won't roll over once more.

http://quizsocial.com/how-perfect-are-you/your-result-6/

Take this quiz to see how perfect you are. I'm not nearly as perfect as I thought!

This is mine??:

How Perfect Are You?

You got: 88% Perfect

For a high-achiever like you, we bet this rating stings just a little. But don't fret, this just leaves you a lot of room for improvement, which we know you're all about. Just enjoy the fact that you don't have to live with the demands of being perfect all of the time.

I. am. The Queen :goldcrown: :tomato:

Where is my 100%? :princes:

Off with their heads!!!! :viking:

:floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

How is Autumn doing tonight?

Autumn seems pretty much the same, papa looked like he was trying to help, nibbling and licking at her lady part, but no new development otherwise, she does seems to be staying closer to him tonight.

I like the night camera person, really on the job keeping the camera wherever she is.

Agree.

As in the past, if a continuance is requested it will be granted.

I think this show will get on the road as JA wishes and not before. If she plays it right she could do her life sentence right there in Estrella.

Please correct me if I'm wrong. Mahalo

The convicted murderer was granted to represent herself on the 4th of August. IIRC she requested evidence, but I don't recall her indicating any witnesses at that time.

Per her motion dated 7th of August her expert was at the jail on the 6th of August before 08:00am.

Between the 4th and the 6th did the convicted murderer submit her witness list?

The brief statement I heard from the Sheriff Arpaio she hadn't handed it in for approval.

Sounds to me that the convicted murderer missed a step or she wasn't advised properly by her staff. LOL

I sure hope JSS doesn't grant this delay it will really make her look foolish. JMHO
