JA will only be visiting the courthouse, it's just her PI that was given permission by JSS. The only theory I've read for any even semi valid reason for his visit would be those shelves in the closet - that testimony was a surprise to her team, I think. But she can't change the fact that Flores measured those shelves and knows exactly how they were mounted and height, etc.
It is no longer a crime scene...hasn't been for a very long time and I'd tell anyone that wanted access to take a hike. IIRC the owners didn't even know the house's history when they bought it so we know they didn't agree to future visits.

In doing a bit of quick research on this, according to the ABA's Criminal Justice Section Standards website, a subpoena may be what is used. If that's true, they'll need to allow it.

As used in these Standards, a “subpoena,” however named or designated, is a written command for a person or entity to provide physical evidence, testimony or documents. A subpoena may be issued by a prosecutor, a court, a grand jury or a law enforcement agency, as provided by the law of the jurisdiction.

What is a PI supposed to find? Jodi's already admitted to everything and the evidence validates the violence. Besides, what does this have to do with the sentencing trial?

I'm thinking it was possible that Flores was already in the house filming what happens when someone of Jodi's size tries to climb on those shelves. That could be why the judge could not refuse. Just a guess.

Wouldn't the realtor have to disclose that info? That a murder occurred in the home?

Regarding the fleas: My youngest fur-baby came to us from the Richmond SPCA, as do all of my kitties. A few days after I got him home, I was shocked to see that he'd brought some wee friends home with him. I fully expected a huge ordeal as he'd already been loose in the house and around my other cats. My Vet recommended that I get Knockout spray (by Virbac) for the house. It was GREAT. It's not a flea bomb, just a spray. The odor wasn't overwhelming, it was simple to use, and wasn't messy or anything. I got it online via Amazon for around $20 and it came in a few days using standard shipping. We haven't seen a single flea since I saw the one on Elton and treated the house with the Knockout spray.

For the cats themselves, we use Revolution. They are indoor cats, but are walked daily on leashes in our backyard, which is enormous and is surrounded by woods. We have not had any little hitchhikers at all (knock wood). Good luck with your new tiny "friends."

I didn't go out today because I was vacuuming (again) and washing kitchen/bathroom floors.

Gave The Queen another bath with flea shampoo, too.

The motion for sanctions was filed today by Juan against the defense for not getting him the contact information for the defense witnesses.

The determine counsel looks older and, if I had to guess, had to do with the most recent motions to get Nurmi off the case. Sounds like Jodi wrote another complaint letter.

They have always had Sue Stodola's name there instead of Delarosa's. Idk why. But I think kcl has mentioned she was the original mitigation specialist before she had to step down.
