Asking for 30 minutes after each day is fair and I'd like to see case law saying it isn't #jodiarias

Its like we have to assume many days based on the last trial. Nobody is expecting this to be quick.

One argument they could make as well is they are not interfering with the proceedings in any way. Just providing a valid and accurate record of events. Which can even be used as evidence in the future if needed that the proceedings were fair to JA.

I am here also today. That cold I have turned into a sinus infection.. Only good thing about that is I can be on WS as today's hearing unfolds

Has your doc suggested saline sinus spray, Ricki? Mine finally did and I got more relief from that than all the antibiotics that were prescribed over a year or more to kill a deep sinal infection that drugs barely touched.
