Ah, Maria, smuggler in chief. I'm astonished that she continues on with virtual impunity. Her lack of professionalism has been on full display since the very beginning of this epic farce.

IMO her willingness to enable CMJA is largely responsible for how visible that locked down 23/24 felon has managed to be.

Maria has been Tweeting all sorts of baloney lately and "fighting" on Twitter with some people (I haven't posted the Tweets, tho').

I hear everyones frustration. But the day will come when Jodi is put on the bus to Perryville. Thats when she will retreat into her alternate reality. Even her supporters will get tired and go away. Everybody will be done with her.

It's hard for me to believe that it's really MDLR posting crazy tweets. Why would she jeapordize her career like that?

Is Maria being paid by the State???? What exactly is she tweeting?

I think she is being paid by the state because her client is suppose to be "indigent".

Here's one Tweet that had everyone in an uproar about the use of the word "🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬":

https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BxYIVcgIAAA8pcP.jpg

She sounds very "professional", doesn't she. :aktion1:

She's just as chatty as missy :jail:

And she needs to go back to "mitigation" school to learn that she shouldn't be Tweeting about her client/trial or Tweeting at all at this time, IMO.

Hi everyone! I'm wondering what time court is supposed to start today?
I also had a question that maybe has come up before. If CMJA is arguing that cameras in the courtroom would lead to more of a circus and it wouldn't allow her a fair trial, can't the media then argue that if she's worried about a circus then she is the one causing it by 1) constant interviews, one immediately after verdict was read 2) tweeting her own words through a friend and then allowing family/friends to tweet on her behalf (the examples of tweets directly aimed at Juan and Nancy way back when were too ridiculous!) 3) her friends/family and possible legal team constantly stirring up something or other on social media. Wouldn't the judge see how contradictory it is for CMJA to cry unfair when she's been the one the whole time causing the "circus" (which I don't even agree with that term, since I see nothing "circus-ey" about the trial at all, other than her own antics) Do we know what the media has argued regarding the cameras? I'm going to try and lurk today, so TIA for all the hard work you guys put into posting news and commenting :loveyou:

Yeah-she's a real class act! Dresses like a hooker, tweets like a twelve year old. Her antics in the courtroom during the trial were sooo not professional..
.giggling with the convicted murderer like two little kids.

BBM from what I remember, the media wants to have the videos shown at the end of every trial day (that's the "modification" they want) instead of at the end of the retrial.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED setting Oral Argument on David Bodney’s Request for
Camera Coverage and Modification of May 21, 2014 Ruling on 9/15/14 at 8:30 a.m. in this
division.

The killer is unbelievable. The nerve to sell the glasses bought and paid for by the taxpayers. Why is the beast being kept alive and allowed to do this stuff. She is making the legal system look like a joke.

Yes, I believe the media has made this argument before, about her generally courting the media when it suits her.
