Does it seem to anyone else that Nurmi is "trying the case" all over again? Is he implying CMJA shot TA in the shower when CMJA testified that she shot when TA took that football tackle leap at her? And the whole burglary thing.......seriously, a burglar WOULD take loose change AND ALL the weapons. My first ex-hub was an accomplished burglar, NOT bragging it was 30+ years ago......he could clean out a house of anything valuable in less than 10 minutes and have everything packed up and ready to go...without a vehicle to drive away from the crime. He hoofed it.

A teen burglar would have taken ALL the money and everything he could stuff in his pockets. A pro would use pillow cases to stash all the loot, or bring a duffle bag. Place would have been totally ransacked by a youngster (Guess what? You've been BURGLARED!), or everything meticulously left as if it was untouched by a pro to put as much time between the call to LE as possible (Honey, did you take my watch, I can't seem to find it? Could have sworn it was in my drawer a few days ago?).

Grandpa and grandma Arias' house would NOT have been a burglar's choice just because of it's appearance. It does NOT scream "Hey! TONS of expensive and easily resold items here! Come and get it!" No, it says "Inside job" or "Nothing worth stealing here, move along".

Sounds like my first ex-husband too, Rodney, right? lol RIP dude.
And yes, it does sound like he's trying the case and bringing up 'doesn't matter anymore' stuff. imo

I have my iPhone on VoiceOver, the built-in app for vision impaired users. I've set a few Twitter accounts (mostly the ones YESorNO suggests) to notify, which means that VoiceOver is reading the tweets to me.

Kind of. It mispronounces stuff and it's hard to follow, but I'm at work and I can't be reading Twitter on my computer screen while working. I can glance at the phone if something sounds important and I didn't get it.

Occasionally (maybe due to capitalization—not sure, but it only happens once in a while) VoiceOver pronounces #JodiArias like this: "number joe diarhheas" :floorlaugh:

One thing I think we have to remember is that this jury has not heard the evidence against CMJA before. They need to hear most of the specifics so they can render a life or death verdict. Nurmi is trying very hard to diminish the evidence and its significance to avoid the DP.

IMO, he is going to throw whatever he can at the wall to see if it sticks. I bet we get to read a whole lot more through out the trial of Nurmi going into minutiae. Happy happy joy joy.bJMV

OK, the "who farted" face is great and all... but the handcuff necklace scares me a little. Does she wear the all the time? Is she into bondage?

She was a prosecuting attorney in Atlanta Ga. Her fiance was murdered in 1979. She;s a crime advocate and a crime victim. I don't watch her much, but when I do run across her she's had them on.
