Everything is going fine this morning. Yesterday morning, Kissy had only half of the placenta/afterbirth hanging out, so had to have the vet out to give her a few shots of oxytocin (causes contractions), banamine (muscle relaxant) and a long acting antibiotic (4 day), Excede, and just as he was packing up, she passes the placenta/afterbirth. All parts accounted for, vet lavaged her uterus for a good cleaning, left me some more injections, and all is well.
Zuri was already bouncing around yesterday!

Here's some pics I pulled off of google of .25 cal pistols. The cartridge is ejected from the right side. With all the activity that was going on during the murder, there's no way that spent cartridge could have ended in a puddle of blood if it was the first thing that happened. Specifically because there was no blood anywhere before the shot and it couldn't have been kicked or knocked into the puddle without leaving a trial of blood or being covered in blood from the course across the bathroom floor.

I wish Juan would use more visuals and demos. Of course Travis photos are most effective. But even visuals to the extent of stabbing a dummy 27-29 times etc.(Of course with much effort like the guy on HLN did with the pumpkin) I don't know if that is allowed at this stage. I am a teacher I know that many people are visually oriented. I think it could be a big help to sway the jurors.

Arabs get their full bone density by 5 years of age, I can do a lot of ground work, and light riding (at age 3 and up) before that. Usually they are at their full height at 3, weight around 4. They're one of the slower developing breeds, like Morgans. Quarter and Thoroughbreds can reach their growth at 2-2 1/2 years.

The problem is the gun isn't to be found, and the burgled gun is "circumstantial" (a connection can be made by reasonable jurors), the spent cartridge can't be matched to any existing gun (burgled gun or the claim of TA having the exact same caliber gun). If JA DID present a .25 cal as a "visual", I *think* there'd be an objection, "Not in evidence", "Prejudicial", or ?

Seriously, CMJA just has the bad luck of having so many "coincidences", it makes the mind reel, really, when can we say "Hey, NOT going to buy into it, these are not random coincidences, these were all done on PURPOSE". There's just WAY too many of them.

Hi Bernina, you're right. I also think it was last. I wrote couple pages back, picture of Travis looking out of shower: there is no bullet mark. I looked close at others. Appears there was no bullet or blood in that area til late picture. If he were alive there would is have been a lot more blood, especially since head is extremity. That is also why shell is in bathroom. I cant see their big problem, or I should say Nurmis! P.S. peeked at baby before coming here.She is so beautiful.

Well, it's FINALLY raining here!

Yesterday, October 24th, 70 years ago my parents and sister, Inta crossed the Baltic Sea landing on the shores of Gotland, Sweden after escaping their homeland, Latvia, from the 2nd Soviet Russian invasion. Unfortunately my sister (only 6 months old) died on the crossing... here are some pictures (hopefully I don't blow the margins!!); first one is a boat similar to what they crossed the Baltic (actually it posted as the 3rd picture!! ??); second one is my sister Inta; third is my sister's resting place on Gotland.

Wow Bernina, Kissy. Cloned herself! Same head shape (Kissy has a beautiful head) and same conformation, even down to the pasterns. Your filly is short backed (will be comfy),neck ties in nicely and shoulder and hip angles are great for sport. Good things come to those who wait! LOL.
