Does it strike anyone else that it's just "strange" that all these prosecution/LE misconduct/tampering/destroying evidence bologna are just showing up after 6+ years? Granted, the misconduct allegations have been thrown out there from time to time over the years, but holy cats!

The writer does their best to inject verbiage that slams TA. When I finished reading, it was really hard to wrap my head around the fact it was a legal motion put forth by the defense.......I'm like "What.......?" Why doesn't it just state "Defendant knows, without a doubt, that "*******(whatever)******" is on the hard drive". No, it's CMJA has to have it analyzed to see if it will support her case (which is already over with, this is not THE trial, guilty, guilty, we're done, move along).

6+ years and this "nugget" just magically surfaces in the 11th hour?!?!?!

Puleeze............WTH have the people of Arizona been paying the defense for?

A hard drive and mirror image that was available to the defense for YEARS and the defense pulls this "allegation" out of the air.

Yes I did read it. I thought this was a new one. Lol. Guess this will continue on till sometime in 2015. Can you believe she murdered him in 2008? Her trial didn't begin until 2013 and won't end unti two years later? Somehow I keep seeing this as a very lax judge.

I *think* you have to have at least 10 characters in your response? That includes the codes for "smilies". And if you place your response inside the "quote" it doesn't count.......

Good try, but useless, IMO. Some have their own way of thinking of things and that's, that. Just whistling in the wind, to even explain to them. I just pass over those posts and say to myself "everyone has a right to their own opinion (even if it's wrong :facepalm. And hopefully the mods will take care of it. :modstop:

Hi Everyone. I haven't logged in since last Wed. It was getting too wild for me and I thought I might get in trouble posting. I haven't even read for the last two days.
I am glad you all are here to keep WS the place it has always been. We have always had different opinions. That is what makes it so great here. But, Wow, it sure has been interesting.
In the CA case we had some of this but those posters stopped posting pretty darn quick.
I hope it is better next week.
Thanks again for holding up the community. I will probably check out for now until Monday. I read but I know I will end up in "banned camp". If I don't.

Hi Nore! It says I am 67 and I am 66. Thought it was accurate for me. I remember and still like all the old stuff. You must be a young 82 so 55 sounds right for you.
