The thought of Prince Charles getting to become King is nauseating.

ETA: I hadnt read far enough on previous page. There is a followup post where someone kindly explains the progression of who gets to be king.

Yes, it truly is nauseating.

Yeah, it is disturbing to even think about it. When Diana got killed in the car crash, I wasn't sure of the impact to the Royal family.

I am still pretty confused about how it all works. If I read it right on previous page, it sounds like when the Queen passes, then Charles will become King, and then when he paases, it will be William unless William for some reason can get it passed to his brother.

I hope the Queen hangs on long enough to outlive Charles.

I really miss Princess Diana. She was such a nice person. I felt so sorry for her. She seemed so trapped to the Royal family. It seems she just wanted out but since she had the boys, she didnt want them to not get the benefits of being in the Royal family.


I may have all this wrong because I dont know the first thing about how it all works.

You've got it about right...except if William was unable/unwilling to become King his son, not brother, would be next in line for the throne.

If it's true that the "secret witness" is/was CMJA, why, why, why is that being allowed at all ? Why is she being given special privileges? And Nurmi claimalying before the court that this secret "witness" (yeah, right) is afraid to testify due to threats, what BS ! Just my thoughts on the video from court today:

It is interesting to me how uncomfy JSS looks everytime that JM says something about the COA giving a decision the defense doesn't like. She almost has a "pained" look as if she is in some sort of ethical dilemma (?) - maybe I am just reading too much into her facial expressions.

Nurmi keeps whining about defendant's rights superceding victim rights . . . . but didn't the COA say the first amendment rights and media rights trump? I thought I heard a sniffle and wondered if it came from one of Travis's family members. What is it that Nurmi is saying is "problematic"? Is he arguing that because JSS told him she would close the court if things were "problematic" or is it the language in the law for sealing courtrooms include exceptions for "problematic"?

JA and Cougarlicious seemed to be quite engaged in conversation - I can't remember who it was but one of the WS posters used to read lips and tell us what they thought they were saying at the defendant's table (might have been CA trial). I am dying to know what they thought so amusing during the sidebar today.

One witness from Cali and 2 expert witnesses for JA . . . along with whoever the mystery witness would could not continue in public are the defense but it will take 3 months? Um . . . is the one from Cali a family member of JA's? Any guesses on the 2 expert witnesses?

I picked up on the same thing regarding JSS looking pained at the mention of the ruling. It makes me wonder if she really is that unsure of her own ability to make decisions? When compared to a judge who is very sure of themselves such as Judge Belvin Perry, she really seems like a wilting flower most of the time. I find that frustrating.

As for the lip reading, I was thinking the same thing. I tried to make out some words. It seemed to me that CMJA was asking Maria her opinions on something and she responded with I don't know and made a bit of a face to match. Wish I were better at reading lips, but I'm not. :dunno:

Does anyone know if Travis' family is accepting donations? I remember last time this circus was in town there was some type of donation going on for them??? Anyone remember, or does anyone have an address for them? Last time I remember I received a beautiful thank you card, but I haven't been able to find it. Thanks for any info.

I figured that CMJA's parents video would be taken down quickly. It was quite appalling to hear her mother say she had been "wrongly convicted."

While watching it yesterday, I got the feeling that the Dad wasn't all that into making the video in the first place. He sighed quite loudly as his wife spoke. The video really was highly inappropriate. It's amazing that You Tube kept it up for a full day. :thinking:

She was a lovely person, didn't deserve what happened to her, and I just feel so sad that Charles never loved her (she was an innocent when she married him)- instead he committed adultery with that mealy-mouth Camilla. Yuck!

What they were doing at that table yesterday is why he is mad. They were shown laughing and yucking it up. MDLR aka "Cougarlisious" on Twitter goin' to da' club my earrings need their own chair with a big wad of gum in her mouth is as UNPROFESSIONAL as they come and is NOT A LAWYER SO DOES NOT APPLY. I hope you read this Nurmi, maybe you should tell your "specialist" to stop acting like some CHA CHA in court and act accordingly. What next? She going to come to court next with fruit on her head???
