Where can I find a video of yesterdays session?

The video by #JodiArias' parents begging for your money has been taken down. Apparently it violated YouTube's T&C.

:shame:

Are they obligated to refund the donors who donated while it was up?

I figured that CMJA's parents video would be taken down quickly. It was quite appalling to hear her mother say she had been "wrongly convicted."

While watching it yesterday, I got the feeling that the Dad wasn't all that into making the video in the first place. He sighed quite loudly as his wife spoke. The video really was highly inappropriate. It's amazing that You Tube kept it up for a full day.

I agree. I believe the dad spoke a few brief words as the beginning. What I particularly noticed is that he got up and started walking away as soon as the last word was spoken. He didn't seem to want to be there.

Well, I was glad and impressed to read that JM made sure and specify the 'victim's rights' in all of this. They've seemed to be forgotten. imo
Don't know if it did much good, but perhaps the Judge will keep this in mind when making her decisions.

And agreed, Nurmi loses me when he is trying to make a legal point. It does sound like alot of 'fluff' as someone stated.
Where as JM is very concise and right on target...

One last thought, can the Judge, either voluntarily or be asked to step down, and let another one finish the case?
I'd love to see that happen.

I would love to be a fly on the wall if those two ever met!

"Do you happen to have a list of these people?"

ETA aw, I missed the end when she laughed. Well, I hope there is someone as frank as she was pretending to be. It's prison, so that's doubtful.

I would love to be a fly on the wall if those two ever met! I actually like Angela's honesty. It appears honesty is of high value to her, too.

"Do you happen to have a list of these people?"

Too bad they can't be cellies. Imagine the time they would have. This one says she would kill again.

She was much less scary when I believed her.

I must catch up on yesterdays events. I've no idea what is going on. I went to vote and shopping yesterday, had an accident on way home. We spent the evening at the hospital. Lost my brakes, hit a car, my car is totaled. No insurance on mine as it is 18 years old. The car I hit is completely covered. Thank God..

Sophia Loren Finally Explains Why She Gave Jayne Mansfield The Side-Eye

"..."She came right for my table. She knew everyone was watching," Loren told Entertainment Weekly. "She sat down. And now, she was barely … Listen. Look at the picture. Where are my eyes? I’m staring at her nipples because I am afraid they are about to come onto my plate. In my face you can see the fear. I’m so frightened that everything in her dress is going to blow -- BOOM! -- and spill all over the table."..." :what::hilarious::hilarious:

Constitutional matters put pause on Jodi Arias trial, Bill and Sandy Arias talk

"There seems to be no end to the drama in the case of the State of Arizona versus Jodi Arias, trial for the murder of Travis Alexander. Situations and proceedings have reached a point where reporters and legal analysts the world over are throwing their hands up in shock, awe, and frustration...

Here we learned that the defense has two expert witnesses testifying, one witness from California, and the "mystery witness" that is kicking up their heels to the Constitution. Martinez also pointed out that the rest of the witnesses were on affidavits. Kirk Nurmi for some reason feels it will take three months for all of these four people to testify...."

She was a lovely person, didn't deserve what happened to her, and I just feel so sad that Charles never loved her (she was an innocent when she married him)- instead he committed adultery with that mealy-mouth Camilla. Yuck!

They looked like hostages in that video, as if just out of the frame there might be a gun that fires abuse lies.

Am disappointed and hope this is not true and should not happen for many reasons. Camilla on the throne? Nope, don't see it happening.

Hopefully she will just be taking a leak.:laughcry:

There has been much written that Diana was a borderline personality. She did have several of the hallmarks, stalking (London police threatened to charge her for this), fears
of abandonment, eating disorders, self harm by cutting, unstable relationships,
eratic moods, suicide attempts, the list goes on. On one hand she seemed the gentlest of people, others saw a completely different side of her. Sounds familiar, doesn't it?
