Does anyone else find it strange that someone that makes a living working out sexual deviancy with people, and spends all day every day talking about kinky sex with people, and has for years, but has a difficult time testifying to these very "uncomfortable" words? Maybe that's not what the doctor is uncomfortable testifying to. Maybe she's uncomfortable because she herself doesn't believe that her 2 examples of alleged pedophilia that "keep popping up", aren't actually examples of pedophilia?..."

It's cold here in Upstate NY also- so cold that my driver car door froze (not the lock- the whole door)and I had to use the passenger door to get in my car this AM. (20 degrees now) :coldout:

Must have been some sight seeing me try to get to the driver's seat- with my rear sticking up :freakedout: and me trying to "slide" into the seat with all those #$%&## thingys that
are in the way (I like the old car seat with no hazardous "sticks", buttons, and cup thingys in the way- much easier to slide, IMO). Now you have to "climb" and I'm
too old for gymnastics at this point in my life. Pfttttt and :floorlaugh:

I must say that my interest in the details of this witness' testimony is at an all-time low. I just don't have the energy to care anymore. It's the same old 'trash the innocent victim' strategy and it stinks to high heaven. I'm just waiting for Juan. I cannot imagine what's goes through his mind as he sits there, hand on chin, listening to the witness openly LYING in court. He'll practically foam at the mouth when he has his chance at this ALV #2. I'm rubbing my hands together in glee anticipating that smackdown. :dervish:

I have been thinking of the circumstance that Travis was in. He had his Temple Recommend revoked. As the above poster mentioned, the only way to lose your Temple rights is if you spill the beans on yourself to your Bishop. To me, that shows that Travis had amazing character. He felt the need to confess to his Bishop. That is really a difficult predicament to find oneself in. Yet, he stepped forward and confessed his sexual indiscretion to his Bishop. Travis knew he would have his Temple Recommend revoked for a while and yet he did what he felt was the right thing to do.

TA was a good hearted person. It's a sad shame that not only did JA brutally murder him, but she insists on trying her best to destroy anything kind and good in regards to the very memory of Travis.

I pray the jury isn't swayed by any of this sexpert's ludicrous testimony, and they see JA for the manipulating and conniving person she is.

BBM: Exactly! Travis had enough respect for himself that he owned up to his spiritual failing, and was on the proper course in correcting it. He showed that even if he "backslid", the tenets of the Church Doctrine were what he was bound by, and he wasn't going to deceive his faith or himself.

It's called "repentance", something CMJA will never have.

I was not sure if I could put the name of the product on WS...they are Underoo's, so mods change if you have too. Underoo's are underwear, shirts and pants that are made up in the costume of Superman, Batman, Batgirl, Spiderman, Cinderella...the list can go on and on. The ad was specific and said 'Underoo's for adults'.

I know FJA said that TA sent her a pair of underpants to wear, (Spiderman?) was it for Valentines' Day? I am not sure, please correct me anyone.

When I saw this ad for adult Underoos' I thought of the FJA. I wonder if what she had were really kids underwear or if she got adult underwear for herself to wear. I know I had seen adult underwear in those 'joke novelty' stores that we have/had at the mall, even some times in those temporary stores in the walk ways.

They have superman,batman and spiderman panties in the woman underwear section of Walmart, target etc.


This was found when Nurmi /Jodi talked about Travis making her wear little boys underwear. I wonder if this is where Jodi leaned to work the booty?

We had an cold front that hit and left a lot of ice, and in the morning we found the car windows and doors covered in ice. We scraped and poured hot water on the door handles, but nothing was working. I looked down and saw that the doors were locked. I just shook my head ,a few days before we found her car keys in the fridge.
