I am totally worthless right now, fuzzy sight and a weird head ache thing, The eye doc dilated my eyes.....grrrrr!
Bad news? 20/40 in one eye and 20/200 in the other, I have to wear glasses for just about everything........BOOOOOOOOOO, HISS, HISS!
But at least my eyes are "healthy", they're just getting "old". Pffffttttttt!
*I've never worn glasses in my life* this is going to be sooooo weird....

I just got my eyes checked last month and I need them too for the first time in my life. Still haven't gotten my prescription filled for them though. I still use my readers

I understood where JM was going with his questioning of the witness.
He clearly has shown that she hasn't seen all the evidence about missy:jail: and, in fact, some correspondence
was omitted on some papers by the defense (even tho' Dr. Expert said it wouldn't change her "opinions". PFTTTTTT here).

JM is smart because this causes doubt in the jurors, but it is only the truth- no smoke and mirrors with JM, IMO.

I hope the jurors catch on to see that this witness was not provided complete information. It's a dirty game the DT plays, and it's so unfortunate that an expert witness can testify without knowing the whole story. It's sickening. JM does move rather quickly and hopefully the jurors are able to kick it into high gear. After days upon days of listening to KN drone on and on and on...it will take a bit to get use to JM's style. Hopefully they respond to it like we all do. :juanettes:
