I hate how I go online looking for photos of Juan Martinez and my page is suddenly full of Travis' autopsy photos. It's very, very painful to be 'forced' to look at them. Why oh why weren't these autopsy photos sealed? We didn't need to see them. Knowing that she stabbed him some 28 times, almost decapitated him and then shot him is enough for me. The jury needs to these photos, we do not. I wish they had been kept confidential like little Caylee's photos. Remember the good Judge ordered that the photos of Caylee's skull be blurred? That was a good decision. It's about respect for the victim. In this case, what ought to be sealed is not and what ought to be released is withheld. :gaah:

Brrr. In the 20's and very windy. But on days like this I remember my time in North Dakota. Now THAT was true cold, for anyone. My first day there it was minus 30 degrees F and the wind blew so hard I literally had to hold onto my DH to stay upright.

I'll never forget having to plug my car in at night to keep the engine block from freezing....or seeing parking lots with every car locked and running while folks ran their errands ,huge clouds of exhaust hanging like fog.

Goodness. After getting egg on his face with his earlier article, seems Kiefer's realized that perhaps it's better to be objective. That was actually a good article - informative, factual, balanced, etc.

The defense sure likes to use every moment it has to throw negative "snips" at the prosecution. Reads like someone got caught with their hand in the cookie jar?

I remember that. We discussed it last year. So many inconsistencies and deceptions in the defense case, but just how many rebuttal witnesses are necessary? If Juan had addressed all of CMJA's and her witnesses' lies, we would have been watching the trial for 18 months!

I was about 40 when I needed glasses, but only reading glasses then. What a pain that was. I could never remember where I left them to read. :facepalm:
It's been better now since I have to wear my glasses to see anything- they are always on my face. :floorlaugh:

Yep, I picked them out, 2 pairs, one for just regular whatever seeing and another for reading.I did NOT spend 2 hours picking them out!

Function before fashion, and the only "people" I have to impress are the critters!

If this had happened 30 or so years ago, I would have been officially declared a "dork". I LIKE AVIATOR GLASSES!!!! And the gal at the eye doc said, "oh, they're too big", like :gaah:!!!!! So I picked 2 that were 1: different than each other, and 2: still make me look like a raccoon.
Got the replacement insurance cause I just know they're going to get know knocked off and/or chewed on.
