One ankle was a bad sprain, the other was a seriously bad sprain. I was able to borrow a cane, then I hobbled around on the "bad ankle" for a couple of weeks.

thank you. hard to type with one hand. I went totally down, missing my head on the tile landing on carpet. and then I started throwing up from a pain pill I guess. YUK I'm settled down now with ice. rough night and nobody to take care of me!

If your stomach is empty, try taking the pill with milk.

I just took a bad fall in the kitchen while mopping the tile ... barefoot. Feels like I messed up my left wrist pretty good. Feels like a very bad sprain and hopefully no broken bones. Hurts like hell! I want my momma.

I am so sorry Daisy. I hope that you are okay. I once fainted onto a very hard floor and it took me about week to recover from the soreness.

I wish I could figure out why they continue to support her. That's a psychology study I'd be interested in reading.
