Even stranger when the "expert" is in an area of psychology/psychiatry.............why do they get their panties in a bunch?

They've (the defense experts) all been pretty "thin skinned" if you ask me.

So why did the DT play it for everyone and ask her to give a play by play account of it then? KN is impeaching his own witness at this point by using evidence HE PUT INTO EVIDENCE!! :doh:

Why did the Dr. only observe Travis' actions and not missy's:jail: shenanigans :thinking:- oh, excuse me- missy:jail: was love-sick

and Travis (a 30 yr old healthy male) was secretive, sex-crazy, etc. Pfttt!!!

Nurmi/Wilmott didn't give her all the info and that's a shame, but I think she would have come to her same conclusion because she is paid to

come to that conclusion (they would have found someone else if she didn't, IMO)

Why do they need a sexpert in unusual sexual perversions anyway? Nothing perverted here.

Exactly. She's an expert in sexual perversions. Two people enjoying sex with each other is hardly a perversion. What that says to me is that they (the DT) were scraping the bottom of the barrel for expert witnesses to testify for them. Somehow they were able to find this witness who agreed to testify by not giving her complete info. Perhaps she's figuring this out now since she's crying about how much of a meanie-head JM is. :cry:
