After thinking long and hard as to what motivated CMJA to demand secret testimony, the only logical reason is that this is just a game for her. The cameras were going away, and wasnt receiving the attention she requires so she pulled this stunt to exert her control and manipulation got the media talking about her again. That's all, just using the courts for her amusement because she has nothing but time

Tweets are that the media will or is asking for transcripts of the secret testimony as of now. Haven't found any MSM about these new developments yet.............

Heck, it's going to be a bonanza if the testimony is released this Friday! A whole extra weekend of tweet energy to swirl around JA, with whatever negative implications that might mean? We usually don't get anything to work with on Fridays. This could be delicious!

Any guesses as to what JA said in her secret testimony? Anyone making any bets? 100% likelihood? 50% likelihood? 75% likelihood? How about the percentage of lies? Overall # of lies/number of questions she's asked? Five/one?

1. She can try. I don't think it will work unless everything she said was already said in the guilt phase--in which case JM can play the tape from his previous cross. If JM agreed to accept "striking from the record" as a remedy, it could happen, but otherwise I think she's waived her right to refuse to testify and will have to undergo cross. Of course, maybe it wasn't testimony as a witness but merely her allocution being taken out of order--in which case there would be no cross.

She cannot chicken out. She would have to ask that her entire testimony be struck and JM would have to agree. He may. But I think he will cross.

Poor Jodi. Do you remember Jodi saying she had a nervous breakdown after she and Darryl were having an argument and he told her no, and she went into (apparently when Jodi was saving herself for a young Mormon man at this time) bedroom hyperventilated and called it a nervous breakdown? Maybe Darryl was lucky. Who knows if the nervous breakdown is really a murderous rage?

I just took a bad fall in the kitchen while mopping the tile ... barefoot. Feels like I messed up my left wrist pretty good. Feels like a very bad sprain and hopefully no broken bones. Hurts like hell! I want my momma.

What's everyone cooking for Thanksgiving or are you visiting?

I'm making a turkey breast, stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, Brussell sprouts, sauteed with garlic and bacon (yummy), green beans, glazed carrots, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, rolls

and chocolate cream pie. We'll be so stuffed, you could hang us on the wall. :facepalm:

well... since I don't cook...

- but the Huz will be making (today) an apple pie, (tomorrow) deep fried turkey breast, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, and his "special" green beans & garlic. I think that's about it!!
