YES! Last line of the document.
What happened to 'witnesses were afraid to come forward due to the fear of recriminations and threats?'
^^^ The chef in the chef's hat looking all gourmet, lily white outfit, grimacing, and he's making slop! The hat really ups the joke! Hilarious! (I also like the hardhats in the background; I wonder if they're the ones who chop everything up with a chainsaw?)
An excellent analysis of what the Jurors might be thinking -

Maybe gangs of cockroaches have threatened CMJA's life there in solitary? And they may have screw drivers?!?!?!?![]()
M'kay, kids, what is this issue that the secret witness *may* have been CMJA?

Do you ever wonder who JM tests out his lingo on so the sex vocabulary slips glibly off his tongue without him ever having to feel for words? There's no fumbling, and synonyms are right at hand! Plus, JM can go clinical or slangy on a dime! It seems unlikely that this degree of smutty language was required for another trial (well, KN's trials would be a big exception), so how does a prosecutor get glibness practice? Actually, JM is much glibber than KN about this stuff, which is also interesting!
(IMHO, the sexual vocabulary that's being tossed around is quite advanced, even if I account for my relative age, but maybe someone would disagree with that?)
------------Poor Jodi. Do you remember Jodi saying she had a nervous breakdown after she and Darryl were having an argument and he told her no, and she went into (apparently when Jodi was saving herself for a young Mormon man at this time) bedroom hyperventilated and called it a nervous breakdown? Maybe Darryl was lucky. Who knows if the nervous breakdown is really a murderous rage?
