Just found out that Juan has subpoenaed the 3 witnesses to appear in court This was from Beth Kara's. I was watching her doing an interview

FML means "fudge " (that saucy word rhymes with cluck) my life.

Ugh. Jodi Arias is gonna testify again. Fml.

Any insulting statement is always followed by "bless his/her heart."

I can't wait for Juan's cross of CMJA. I think it was a mistake for her to testify. She now has a fine line to tiptoe on and I don't think she can do it. She cannot be defiant and play word salad games with Juan like she did in her first trial. She has to portray herself as a soft, gentle, feminine flower to the jury. If the jury gets even a glimpse of the the personality she presented with at the first trial she is toast. It will very effectively counteract any sympathy the jurors may be feeling towards her.

Gawd, I hate this trial. This is one for the books!

I don't think we know. I read that Nurmi tried to get BN for tomorrow, but he is busy. I guess he has no one lined up. You know, it's all a secret.

I don't remember why no trial tomorrow (I seem to remember jury request, but I'm not so sure).

I'm feeling very dishearten about this retrial and the way it's going. It seems that it's just rehashing and trashing Travis and not enough attention on missy:jail:. I'm wondering how much the jurors know about what type of person missy:jail: truly is. I don't think they have the whole scope of the facts. There seems to be a lot missing and the jury is not getting it- at least from what I have seen so far. I think this is not fair at this point, for the jury to have only some things revealed - they need the whole picture and not just what Nurmi and co. wants to present. This is so difficult. I cannot immagine what the Alexanders are going thru- they need lots of prayers, IMO.
I need to have more patience or I think I will give up this trial for a while.

I agree that is the excuse we heard earlier. DT has nobody ready to go and somehow JSS allows them to continue to get away with controlling the schedule without being reprimanded.

Thanks YesNo for the funny comic relief posts. One of them reminded me of a true story about a Lottery ticket.

I was with my father once and we went into a convenience store to cash in a winning ticket for a small amount.

My father excitedly says to the cashier at the counter:
"If I had gotten 1 more number right, I would have won $5000.00"

The cashier quickly replies:
"If you had gotten 1 less, you would have gotten S#%t "

I was ROFLMAO as we walked back to the car.

It's still early. The guilt phase of the trial was the same way, if I remember correctly. Nurmi and his boring witnesses can seem to take forever. :therethere:

"evaluating" him and presenting it to the jury as if they are facts of the relationship.. i know the jurors don't have to take it as fact, but.... who knows with jurors. Look at the foreman and what he took to be facts.

I do agree with you that I would hate to see JA feel she "won" anything. But so long as she gets at least a life sentence out of this, then we will still get the last laugh as she is sitting all by her lonesome in her cell for rest of her natural life.

And we are not giving up just yet for the DP of course. We still have Juan fighting for Travis family. The battle is continuing and Juan is holding strong even as it wears us down.

I hate the word hate but this trial is stirring up an emotion in me that is naturally not me. I can not wait for this to end. I have mixed emotions about the DP but if she gets it, it's not going to bother me.
