Hi there! I'm sending this out en masse so that's why it's a copy. This is regarding my Facebook group, Justice4Jodi.com. It may be old news, but I don't know who knows what, so I'm just going to give you a brief history: Roughly 6 months ago I was duped into trusting Lisa Schilling to start a Facebook group in which I chose the admins and members. Obviously, she would be the main admin. The admins were chosen based on who (I thought) I could trust, had time, had no ulterior motives, and was mature enough to not allow their egos and emotions dictate or interfere with how they managed the group. I was saddened to learn that, except for having the time, Lisa turned out to have none of these qualities. She kicked out members who were close friends of mine, she kicked out the admins I had appointed and appointed her own, and she aligned herself with Jason Weber, a man who appeared to support me but who harassed my friends, family and legal team. He also began collecting money from unsuspecting supporters via a corporation under the guise of doing so for my appeals. But the appellate fund at Justice4Jodi.com -- the only valid website for raising funds for legal costs, has never received a single penny that this corporation has collected, meaning he's keeping people's donations for himself and whomever else he's splitting the spoils with. Lisa had started the group under the alias Jodi Freedom. I had wrested back control of the group a few months ago and things were going smoothly. If you have received this letter, you were probably in it. Two weeks ago, Lisa (Jodi Freedom) resurrected herself and, in a coup d'etat of sorts, kicked my people and I out of my own group, and reappointed herself and Jason as admins. So it is for this reason that I've started another group bearing the same name: Justice4Jodi.com, that of the appellate website. This new, more secure group has been started by family to avoid this problem from ever occuring again. So with that, I would like to make 2 humble requests. The first being that you join or rejoin my group. Even though I'm not directly online, it means a lot

to me to know you're there. The second thing I would ask is that you disassociate from Jason Weber and Lisa Schilling. I bear them no ill will, but their antics over the last six months have caused me as much distress as trial did and have proven over and over that, whatever their motive is, it's definitely not to support me. It took me longer than others to realize that because of my tendency to give people the benefit of the doubt. I really believed Lisa was a friend. I wanted to believe in Jason because he's brilliant and passionate about causes that I, too, feel strongly about. I kept making excuses for his behavior, thinking things will smooth over once we get everyone on the same page. But nearly everyday, there was something new: he told my aunt Sue to "shut your
up" and to "quit sending me these dumb-
mega messages"; he engaged in doxing of my friends; he told people not to buy my art and that it's a scam; he told people
not to donate to the JAA Appellate Fund at Justice4Jodi.com, which is raising money for my appeals; he started his
own collection of donations, claiming they're for appeals, though non of it has ever been turned over to the JAA Appellate Fund; he threatened and harassed my mitigation specialist, Maria, who has worked tirelessly to gather information to save my life. Maria finally had to contact the prosecutor's office in Jason's county and serve him w/a restraining order. His harassment was that bad. Jason's behavior made it impossible for me to defend him, and any ideas or hopes I had of working with him became completely unrealistic. I didn't understand why he kept wanting to make enemies. I kept waiting for him to simmer down and be nice, but that never happened. And for whatever reason, Lisa aligned herself with him. I don't know why. She lost the respect of my supporters. Many people held out for her, thinking she was just brainwashed by Jason and that she'd come around soon, back into the fold. She never did. The first thing she did

after her surprise annex of my group was appoint Jason admin and kick out some of my most solid people. T he saga goes on and on. They're clearly not in this to back me up. Everyone is free to do what they want but please, if you're in a group with members by the names of Jason Weber, Lisa Schilling, Elizabeth Ann Schilling, or Jodi Freedom, then you're in the WRONG GROUP! Please disassociate immediately from these people, and please join (or rejoin) my Facebook group, Justice4Jodi.com. My goal is to have my group restored by Christmas to what it was before it was infiltrated 2 weeks ago. Again, in my new, more secure group, measures have been taken to prevent this trouble from occurring again. So I hope to see your name on that VIP list. Your support and friendship mean the world to me!

P.S. I want to add one more thing. The people mentioned above always call their things "official." Be it their websites, Facebook groups or Twitter handles. They take my name and pair it with the word "official" to deceive people who don't know any better and to give the False impression that I endorse what they've done. The reality is exactly the opposite. My legal team, my family and I have all been firm in our requests that they stop using my name to collect money. But our pleas fell on deaf ears every time. So because these people have casually and frequently thrown around the word "official" for things that are anything but, they've rendered the word "official" meaningless.
For that reason, we
completely avoid using that term. In fact, if you see something involving me or the case that claims to be "official," you can rest assured that it's something I do NOT endorse, approve of, consent to, support, or have any direct involvement in, no matter how convincing or authentic it appears. As far as I'm concerned, if it involves promoting my cause, "official" means "fraudulent."
