O/T, I just read that Juror 13 blog about this trial....he's the former DeVault juror. His writing is interesting but for his Day 17 entry he talks about trial phases and how jurors must find guilt "beyond a shadow of a doubt."

They sure do things differently out there in AZ!

I like following his blog writings concerning JA's trial. But, I read his book "Brain Damage" and it wasn't as interesting as his blog posts are, nor is it as well written. JMO

Okay, so why is Jodi not responsible for HER choices? They broke up. Jodi moved to Mesa anyway. Travis was seeing other people, Jodi peeped in his windows. Those are CHOICES Jodi made for herself.

Jodi made the decision to unexpectedly show up at Travis' home on June 4, 2008, to seduce him into taking her to Mexico. He told her 'no way, and leave me alone forever.' He thought she left, took shower. Jodi murdered him.

How is that Travis' fault?
