From our lawyer: COA ruling was issued Nov 26 and court has not acted. Arias hasn't appealed. We're asking both to be forced to hurry up.

This article kicked my butt off the fence I've been clinging to, trying to be patient with JSS. I loved that candy analogy, it felt like a slap upside my head when I read it.

She needs to unseal that testimony. What's to argue?

Yup, now it looks as though the good judge has decided to ignore the CoA's ruling that she cannot ignore The Constitution. I suppose because their order did not say "release the transcript by High Noon Arizona time on Wednesday December 17, 2014..." she believes she can pick and choose how and when to do it.

Is Juan Martinez the only party involved in this case who cares about truth, justice and the American way? I am not on a soap box here--I am seriously questioning the judicial discretion in this case and why no one has stepped in to stop the insanity.

Thank you!!! My husband's birthday is a week after mine, so we rolled up all the quarters we've saved through the year and ended up with $100 each to blow on...whatever. I spent some of mine at Goodwill (a new blouse for $4.97!) and a quartet of classic rock CDs from the bargain bin at Walmart ($20!), then followed that up with a junior cheeseburger, fries and root beer from the value menu at Wendy's ($3 and change!). After Christmas I'll spend the rest, taking advantage of the post-holiday sales. Not saying I'm CHEAP, merely frugal.
