This is bugging me: What are CMJA's PTSD Anniversary dates/months/seasons/whatever?
Ok, Dr. Geff? WTH? If you have PTSD, you have anniversaries, when are CMJA's?!?!?! See, I'm up to my eyeballs in one of my anniversaries RIGHT NOW, it's actually the FIRST time in 23+ years that I haven't had to do anything more than up one of my meds cause I get a little "jello'd" insides randomly through the day <-----if you have panic disorder, you know what this is.
My lil' bro and I talk almost every night during this time of year...........he's actually doing hella better too.
"Why?" you ask............because our dad died in August, we MADE the opportunity to forgive him and tell him we loved him. We have realized, he was only a person, NOT GOD, and that cloud of judgement, he put on us at a very early age, is dissipating.
And he actually told us he loved us.
That anxiety that both my bro and I shared that usually started the end of October didn't it us..........oh it's been creeping it's head up in the last week. When we usually counted the days til Christmas to see if we'd survive "the season", we haven't thought about it until last night, and it took a bit of arithmetic to get it.................it's either a Monday, Tuesday, trash day, work day, who cares about dates when you don't have kids in school?
Enough of that.
