So the jury gets a two-week vacation for upcoming holidays. Over the holidays they will be with family and friends in festive, chatty surroundings. Maybe a glass or two of beer or wine or cocktails. Bet it will be really, really hard not to discuss, read or hear anything at all about this trial.

Does anyone else think this journal regurgitation is actually "helping" the defense? I'm really convinced it makes CMJA sound even MORE psycho. "Fatal Attraction" ain't got nothing on CMJA.

The DT sure has painted a sympathetic figure in CMJA at this point and IMO that is what they were going for. Personally, I think TA was not the best of boyfriends, was incredibly immature and very conflicted. I don't think he is a pervert or a pedophile. CMJA just couldnt get it through her head or understand why he just wasn't that into her. I don't think TA saw her as anything more than a sex partner, friend with benefits. I truly believe that CMJA was all about sex.

You teach people how to treat you. CMJA did just that. Unfortunately, she just couldn't accept that TA was trying to move on. I think the day he died, they had sex, fooled around and then he may have said, OK it is time for you to go. IMO she was trying to convince him to take her on the cruise and to the executive ball. He passed. She couldn't handle it and became enraged. Tragic ending. IMO

I have to keep reminding myself that all of this is not a repeat, and it is the first time the jurors are hearing it.
They have a two week break, hopefully the time away will lesson the "sorry pitiful woe is me Jodi" testimony.

The timeline ended pretty much right at the murder - so that's where it should begin, at the murder.
Hopefully Willmott will not give a refresher course.

The jury has had extended breaks through out this trial - they are not sequestered - this break is just a little longer.
But should not be as bad, and with the holidays that could keep their mind off of it. My only concern is FB, are they
avid FB'ers? And can they communicate with out using FB through out the holidays.
Maybe they aren't banned from that? I forget now what social media they can or can not use....

Oh well, just some of my thoughts.

BBM I agree. I think it makes missy:jail: look like she was morbidly attracted to Travis- "moth to candle flame" like- and the jurors, I hope, will pick up on this and see that missy:jail: was delusional in how she saw the relationship she had with Travis.

I'm giving these out to everyone on the Sidebar for Christmas (wouldn't want our computers to get all yucky :facepalm, so we can use them next year when we "listen" to the continuing tale of The Days of missy's:jail: Lives.
