Good point. He's probably trying to establish grounds for appeal but is so overzealous about it that there won't be anything left when the time comes.

JSS granted a stay (can not continue) because Nurmi filed with Supreme Court on the release of testimony from an already ordered to release testimony (AC ruling).

So the doctor on stand can not continue because of this?

JSS could of continued court with out releasing the transcript - right? - are these even the same trial, or is this spilling over from porngate - wait, that's totally different.

So Nurmi filed his motion to the Supreme Court, but that's just about the "secret witness" and how long is that going to take? The Supreme Court is not going to drop
everything for this trial, IMO.

Why can't the retrial still go on without the release of the secret witness transcripts? Something else is up :scared:

Day 21 of Jodi Arias trial: Judge sends jurors home - again

"PHOENIX (CBS5) -
It might be a new year, but the stop-and-go nature of the Jodi Arias sentencing retrial is old habit.

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Sherry Stephens sent jurors home Monday morning, saying a petition had been filed by the Arias defense with the state Supreme Court regarding the transcript of Arias' testimony.

Stephens scheduled a hearing at 8:30 a.m. Thursday to discuss the release of the transcripts...."
