A really lovely movie about an older widow and a juvenile delinquent.

YesorNo. I read on someones twitter that there was no testimony of the JA trial next week. Only the motions being brought forward on Monday. I don't know if this is true, but I also read the Motion to Compel was Juans Motion. I don,t know how to figure out who filed what. Do you know if this is true? Is the court calender updated frequently or at the last minute.

Saw the North East has some very cold weather coming next week. Garh!!

I just have the following info:

I checked from 1/5-1/16/2015 and I found
only 1/5 for JSS and the trial

But then there's this from MC Court:

Court will return after the holiday break - January 5th at 9:30am MT

Seems that court calendars and trials, in general, are posted "on the fly" and after they have "new" info.

I thought that the jurors were asked to come back on 1/5, but I can't remember (it seems so long ago :sheesh: )

I'll check Twitter and see if I can find anything else.

ETA: I checked Twitter and found same info I just posted.

Jen said this on the last day of court:

Jen's Trial Diaries @TrialDiariesJ · Dec 18
Ok folks it's over for the day. Be back with more Jodi on Jan 5th....9:30am MST #jodiarias #3tvarias

So- looks like no one knows what's happening, as always in AZ trials. :sheesh: :scared:

I don't know who filed the Compel motion- there's no way of telling 'til someone posts the actual motion, I guess. :scared:

That's all I have so far.

Thanks for posting this movie (never heard of it). I just love Ellen Burstyn and the movie has such a good cast, IMO.
I'm planning on saving it and watching it a little each day (gotta watch the BW :( ) I watched some last night and I think I will enjoy it.

Wow, I have no idea! I'm not sure I want to find out. "Pleasingly" ???? Thank you for posting, YESorNO, but I'll skip reading this one.

BBM Sorry, but I like to post whatever I can because this trial is so "sealed" and we have limited info with just tweets.
And I like to post all- even if it seems "crazy" - just so we have the "whole" picture.
No one has to read anything that I post, I just put out the info for some who might want to know.

:blowkiss:

I watched it a few days ago for the first time, YESorNO. It's such a heart-warming movie. Ellen Burstyn is amazing! I might watch it again this weekend. I frequently watch movies in sections just so that I can take my time and savour them. :seeya:

OK- this seems to be info on that motion to "compel" and it's from the missy:jail: camp:

Jodi Arias Demands Previously Undisclosed Reports on Police Probe of Victim's Laptop

"Jodi Arias accuses her prosecutor of lying and demands the immediate release of forensic reports related to her victim's laptop in a court motion filed on Wednesday...

Now, Arias and her court-appointed defense team are asking Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Sherry Stephens to order the prosecution to "make available to the defendant any and all forensic reports generated by any member of the Mesa Police Department and/or anyone working on their behalf whose work is related [to the laptop]."..."

I am really tired of the killer's demands. What about the Alexander family demand for justice to be served.

The killer has been convicted so why are all these demands happening?

Jeffrey Evan Gold
#JodiArias restarts Monday. Should get to cross of Dr. Geffner. His direct focused on "Jodi as abuse victim". JM will remind jury who died.

I guess because she can and the court is allowing it to happen. :sheesh:

Hi Kensie. How were your holidays?

Just WOW!!! :ohwow: People are nuts!!!

What Did We Get Stuck In Our Rectums Last Year?

Hi Spycraft :seeya:

How are you doing? a little better I hope?

YESorNO,

I'm still recovering from some pre-holiday surgery and have had travel, celebrations and visitors cancelled which has made this season bleak at best.
Your stories, jokes, articles, updates, funnies of every kind have kept this old grouch in stitches often. (A vague and predictable operation/surgery pun there.)
Thanks for your dedicated commitment to posting: keeping us updated factually with court info, articles, motions etc., providing the funnies, often off beat, frequently reminiscent, curious, serious and thought provoking, and for me personally the anticipation of what you will give us next!

BBM Oh- that's too bad, but there will be other holidays, travels, and such later when you are feeling more up to it.
Glad to make you laugh (the best medicine, although it could hurt if you have any kind of stitches- believe me I know- ouch) and keep your mind off
of your pain and problems.

:blowkiss:

get well soon, my dear

ETA: I feel guilty some times because it seems as if I'm hogging up the thread with all my posts. :blushing:
Wish others would post more- even if it has nothing to do with missy:jail:, but I guess most people have a busy life (unlike me :blushing:). Oh well.
