Oh man, this petition is truly unbelievable..........:scared:

Here's a snippet:

I needed to look at this again because I was confused , but now I see that this statement: 'the court found this to be intimidating (RT 10/30/14, p7,
9-10)" is not something we have read or know about because these documents were sealed.

She is grasping at straws. The media makes her nervous my eyeball! IF that were true, then why the media tour after her first trial, and the 48 hours mystery interview, and the never ending BS tweets done on her behalf that are broadcast TO THE WORLD!!??

She was offered to have the media placed in the overflow room, if she really had "stage fright" that would be good enough for any reasonable person.
What we are dealing with here is an immature woman who is afraid of the consequences for her actions and is fighting tooth and nail to delay the process as much as she can and is succeeding.
Hopefully someone will pass her the memo that she's only delaying the inevitable. Which, in a perfect world, would end up with her being placed in the same pod as Angela Simpson.

JSS never had a proper reason to close the court and the Supreme Court will uphold the Court of Appeals decision. imho
Nurmi knows that, Wilmott knows that, heck even CMJA's mom knows that, but that won't stop them from throwing another stumbling block in the way of the process.

She must be saying some "unusual" things on the stand that the media and the world would know are lies, IMO.

Who can visit her in jail without her saying it's OK? No one can enter the jail to visit her without her say, so where is this a feasible argument?

Man, Estrella went High Tech! To visit an inmate, your option is "On Site" or "Remote" but they all involve a video feed, internet or otherwise.......no holding hands or glass partitions with phones......

FAQ did not address inmate visitor lists, that's usually the first thing anyone would do once they get to "PRISON", but in Jail, before "technology", it was phones and glass partitions, the inmate decided whether to talk to someone or not.

Threatening Mail? Geesh! Approx. 3" x 4" or 4" x 6" POSTCARDS! A lot of people use index cards. What, write on a index card "Die, CMJA!"? She's a murderer, she's going to get death threats....some peeps have a LOT of time on their hands.:facepalm:

How stupid does the defense think the ASC is? Womack had no problem hanging out in the court and outside giving interviews. And DARYL, omg, wants his face fuzzed out but then goes full frontal for an interview with KPNX.
La Toilet? She was just a rude, nasty, ol' fart. You DON'T conduct yourself the way she did, no matter HOW much of a dinosaur she is in the DV field.
And who took the pics that are splattered all over the internet of someone's nasty bits and used them for their defense............oh, yeah, people are gonna talk about that!

For those of you unable to read these documents I'll summarize them for you. The summarization is done through the filter of my brain and is not in any way to be considered verbatim.

The defense team needs witness' to testify in closed court because the media made a circus of the last trial. Due to the trial being broadcast people were able to see exactly what we're up to and our hired gun experts were threatened for supporting outrageous lies and defamation of the victim. One witness in particular was threatened because she was obnoxious and refused to answer the simplest questions asked by the Prosecutor.

In summary, we've created a monster and are asking the court to protect us from our creation. By not allowing us to hide our tactics it has become very difficult to put on a good defense. By applying the same standards of all trials the court is subverting the defendants ability to have a fair trial.
