Wow - I'm sure this guy has some sort of knowledge or expertise about computer issues, and is likely skilled in tracking hidden things ...BUT...
it does not sound as if he has any training in how to forensically examine evidence, should probably not have been touching an original drive in a capital sentencing trial, and should probably not be testifying in front of the sentencing jury.
Are there not some rules of evidence that must be followed to present evidence in court during jury trial - let alone at an evidentiary hearing? Neumeister must know that, right?
JMO, totally my opinion - based on the tweets now, and when JM questioned Neumeister - this seems so very wrong to me - and very sad.

Those that know computers...before she was arrested, could she have accessed TA's computer via another computer? And messed with turning it 'on' and putting on it before her arrest? That is why someone was on the computer after TA's murder?

A friend who lives in Midwest has his friend in CA access his computer to 'work' on it, meaning he deletes the virus', updates etc...all from his computer in CA. Before the computer my husband has now, his friend could do this too for my husband. Permission of some sort is needed, but with her sneaking on the computer and in to the house, she could have implemented this before she murdered TA.
