I think this backfired on the defense - IMO:moo:

For the porngate:
The jury is only seeing/hearing one person testify.
His name may or may not be John Smith.
He happens to be a Computer Data Scientist that could not turn on a computer.
Saw no 🤬🤬🤬🤬 on original computer but believes 🤬🤬🤬🤬 is there on a modified copy after the defense has worked on said copy.
Gave his report to be testified by someone else, and it was not a complete report at that.
I think this testimony kind of went for the state side.

posted this in the other thread prior to the last post about witness stating Mesa PD mishandled evidence.
 
Why are they talking about a Toshiba computer? I am so confused.
I thought TA had a Compaq :thinking: ???
