Ventured over to the re-trial thread and..................well, they don't have the skinny on the transcripts so I vamanosed outta there!!! KPHO5's local online news said JSS was refusing to release the transcripts but it was dated today at 1:54 pm and they haven't updated it since.
I have a feeling Beth is going to get them. But I sure don't like that after barring the public and media, it's over ruled, and now anyone who's interested has to PAY for them.
MITIGATION, peeps..........regardless if we DO or DON'T get the transcripts, Juan will get this back on track. Any lies or fairy tales CMJA spoke on the stand really aren't going to matter because there is a TON of video out there, contradicting anything negative she could have said. All Juan has to do is bring in his Bose speakers and push "Play" on the DVD player.
If CMJA refuses to return to the stand, her testimony will be struck, which may be why Geffner is rehashing all the CMJA lies in detail so Missy will get her side in, albeit through the back door and side ways.

And why would we think he have the cream of the crop as witnesses? The one's that have showed up our outdated, sketchy, definitely not the higher echelon in their fields. Who's willing to sell their integrity, their reputation, their possible ability to make a living in the field they have chosen if they join this action that surely is already in flames.
