BBM: The surprise is where is it going? What is the jury going to find with all this testimony which effects their decision on Mitigating Factors? How is the defense going to "spin it"?

This is what I'm not understanding - why would the jury be hearing a continuation of the side trial Porngate/Misconduct.

I thought that was not to be in front of jury until the ruling - which is not going to be Weds. after this testimony.
That is now being heard in front of the jury that was not to hear anything about the subject until decision time.

Every day the trial is on I start out thinking I know what's going on, then by lunch I'm all :thinking::waitasec::crazy:

If JSS would allow the attorneys talk with out sidebars or silent the courtroom
I think we would have a better handle on what's going on.

In my opinion JSS is only allowing what is legal for the media/public to hear.
Testimony, if or if not the jury is present. Everything else is left to the judges' discretion.
She obviously does not want "everything" to be aired. I'm still unsure of the reason.
